Job Description
- Responsible to accept a variety of assignments ranging from packaging glass, forklift operations, glassmaking, fabrication tasks.
- Team members are responsible for producing various products in accordance with all work instructions, quality and safety expectations.
- Team members have the responsibility to identify, record and communicate any problems relating to the product or process.
- Team members have the authority to initiate, recommend or provide solutions to problems through designated channels.
- Responsible for following the Quality, Environmental and Safety policies.
- Responsible to abide by all Federal, State, and Local requirements related to generating and disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste material.
- Responsible for following all Plant/Companies rules, policies and procedures and contractual agreements.
- Responsible to conform to expected conduct in a business environment.
- Follows all safety requirements.
1. Produce float glass in accordance with all SOP's and customer specifications
2. Cut, pack, and store stoce and blocksize glass per SOP's
3. Ensure produced parts meet customer specifications
4. Load/Unload product and/or material and supplies as required and specified
5. Encapsulate and/or assemble components to glass.
6. Fabricate parts as specified in SOP's to meet customer requirements
7. Pack finished product according to customer requirements.
8. Respond to process emergencies as required
9. Adhere to housekeeping standards.
10. Participate in all audits: STOP Audits, GO Audits, internal audit, cross facility, management and third party registration audits. (These are not an all inclusive list, but the most common examples).
11. Participate in required training and successfully complete required assessments or testing to verify understanding and knowledge
12. Team Members are responsible for adhering to work standardization and associated training requirements.
13. SPC data collection as required.
14. Required to assist in training of others.
15. Adhere to 5S and housekeeping standards and responsible for clean-up of work areas upon completion of tasks.
16. Other duties as assigned.

- Our starting base pay starts $20.87. You make more money by learning different skills and positions - The more skills you learn, the more money you earn.
- We work 12 hours days, 6:30-6:30. The days rotate (not shift). You would work 2, have off 2, work 3, have off 2, work 2, have off 3, etc. You get every other weekend off and during a period of 14 days, you work 7 of those days.
- We are a union shop. We cannot promise you one shift over the other. You must be flexible with the shifts .

Our sales are made up of 70 percent automotive products (57 percent Original Equipment and 43 percent Automotive Glass Replacement) and 30 percent architectural. The Project Leader - Digital Manufacturing Portfolio is a key leadership and execution role for delivering outcomes that are aligned with the Global Information Services (GIS) and enterprise Global Operations Leadership Council (OLC). The role is critical to the success of the digital manufacturing transformation organization and will drive transparency of the entire digital project portfolio for our businesses, ensuring compliance with the upcoming Strategic Portfolio Management process, provide insights to prioritize resources globally, and ensure execution of the enterprise large scale projects portfolio. This position is designed to lead Owens Corning's largest top digital project initiatives, which requires strong execution focus, significant change leadership, and broad understanding of business processes. The project portfolio manager must have a proven track record of execution and has demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate and influence others, including senior leadership. In addition, this role has accountability for the overall success of enterprise level projects and is accountable to ensure the business outcomes of those projects are realized and sustainable. - Enterprise Project Portfolio Leadership Build ONE enterprise digital portfolio encompassing the initiatives for three Owens Corning's businesses: create transparency of projects, resources allocated, milestones, timeline leveraging the upcoming launch of strategy portfolio management process within GIS. Master portfolio health understand in real time of the active portfolio (e.g. running projects, milestones tracking, roadblock escalation).

CDM Smith is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage multiple small to large consulting, environmental compliance, design, and design-build Chemical and manufacturing facilities projects for multiple major clients in the domestic United States. This position is part of our Industrial Division, which serves Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Food & Beverage. Metals & Mining, Utility, Manufacturing and other industrial clients. As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM's mission by:
- Managing multiple large complex engineering projects concurrently within the Chemicals, Petrochemicals, and Downstream Oil and Gas sectors from early concept development through detailed design and construction
- Serving as a mentor and leader of multi-discipline project teams
- Performing technical problem solving
- Leading and managing multi-discipline teams
- Performing guidance and review at the project level while assuring discipline and quality standards are adhered to
- Leading proposal teams and developing project approaches that lead to project wins

**Minimum Qualifications:**
Bachelor's Degree. 10 years of related experience. PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list). Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experience managing facilities infrastructure and/or environmental projects for chemicals or manufacturing clients
- Proven experience managing preparation of engineering design packages for construction
- Experience managing project scope, schedule, and budgets
