**The Role**
OurManufacturing Techniciansfill a critical need in FUJIFILM's chemical plant operations. They support the daily operations in our fast-paced production area. As a Production Operator you will perform hands-on batch processing and liquid production of solvents. Loading and offloading of bulk chemical solvents and blends into tanker trucks, holding vessels, rail cars and drums. Monitor tank truck and rail car loading and unloading.

**Key responsibilities for this role include:**
+ Batch processing and liquid production of solvents. Loading and offloading of bulk chemical solvents and blends into tanker trucks, holding vessels, railcars and drums.
+ Monitoring of tank truck and railcar loading and unloading.
+ Handling and maintenance of equipment such as pneumatic sanitary pumps, hoses, and filter housings.
+ Forklift and pallet jack operation.
+ Prepare production processes by studying work orders, setting systems and controls.
+ Produce solvents and solvent blends by initiating, monitoring, and controlling raw material processing.
+ Maintaining quality standards by collecting samples, completing quality assurance tests, and adjusting process controls.
+ Maintain processing system by investigating warnings and malfunctions, obtaining or performing required maintenance service on production equipment.
+ Cleaning-up after processing.
+ Improve processing systems by identifying problems, evaluating and recommending new techniques.
+ Maintain processing environment by following safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures.
+ Complying with legal state and federal regulations.
+ Make the necessary decisions to ensure production targets are met to effectively keep operations on track.
+ Following all procedures, work instructions, batch / work orders, special instructions, and finished goods analysis sheets.

**REQUIREMENTS**
+ High School graduate or GED
+ 0-1 yrs Manufacturing experience required
+ Basic math skills
+ Mechanical background/aptitude is a plus
+ Good computer skills to include Microsoft Office Products
+ Analytical sampling experience a plus
+ Must be able to speak, read and write in English
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
+ Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning- Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization
+ Must have a valid Texas drivers' license and clean driving record
+ Experience operating a forklift and other manufacturing tools preferred

Bowhead seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead Bowhead Manufacturing & Product's Quality Management System at our Plano, TX loaction. As the Manufacturing Manager you will have the opportunity to lead and manage the manufacturing and warehouse staff. You will work closely with other management personnel to develop and initiate processes that enhance operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**

+ Warehouse experience - including order picking, order packing, and material handling experience

**Job Summary:**
The Manufacturing Engineer I supports daily manufacturing operations by implementing new equipment and processes using the IQ/OQ/PQ validation framework. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, monitoring yield metrics, investigating scrap and defects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Production, and R&D to ensure compliant and efficient manufacturing processes.

We're seeking production lab techs to join the 1st shift at our optical manufacturing facility in Plano, TX.
$15.50/hr base for Entry level PLUS additional bi-weekly bonus opportunities. We also have a generous PTO plan and many other benefits.
1st Shift Hours: Mondays-Fridays, 6:00am - 2:30pm
Our associates are responsible for performing a variety of duties, depending on their assigned department and lab needs. Production Lab Techs help expedite job orders throughout the manufacturing process in a timely and efficient manner in order to serve our customers.
Department openings include Inventory as well as Surface and Finish production areas. Duties may involve observing data on job trays, RF scanning, order picking, machine operation, lens handling, cleaning and inspection, ensuring movement of jobs throughout the production process, processing specific customer orders and other assigned duties.

+ No specific experience may be required but prior experience in warehouse or mass production operations, order picking, inventory or manufacturing equipment operation preferred

We are seeking a **Manufacturing Lead / Coordinator** to oversee a service line responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, inspecting, and packaging medical products. In this role, you will guide daily operations, mentor team members, and partner with Engineering and Quality teams to ensure production goals are met. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**What You'll Do**
As the Manufacturing Lead / Coordinator, you will:
+ **Lead Daily Operations**
+ Oversee team member performance in safety, quality, efficiency, and attendance.

+ Strong documentation, training, and mentoring skills.
+ Ability to diagnose root cause issues and perform product servicing with minimal guidance.
+ Proven leadership and communication skills in a production environment.
+ **Internal Candidate Considerations**
+ Recommended by Production Manager and management team.
+ Must be in good standing (attendance, conduct, productivity, teamwork, quality) for at least the past 12 months.
+ Preferred: Intuitive Surgical Tech 3 or Tech 4 level.
