Manufacturing is a pillar within Meta's Delivery Team supporting data center construction. We exist to support the predictable delivery of capacity at scale through manufactured solutions.The Manufacturing Team's primary focus is supply chain engagement and optimization. The base salary range for this role is $250,200 to $312,800. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.

BAE Systems is seeking an entry level **Manufacturing/Floor Support Engineer** that will provide technical support to manufacturing and related functions specific to **painting operations of the Chemical Agent Resistive Coating (CARC) Paint and Media Blast Facilities at our York, PA facility.** **This position works on 3rd shift, o** nsite.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Researches, develops, and improves manufacturing processes, methods, and systems for products, facilities, fixtures, tooling, equipment, and/or materials.
+ Develops and tests work methods and procedures, ensuring performance and quality of materials, products, and machines meet specifications and standards.
+ Ensures technical outcomes are consistent with established engineering principles and practices and that customer and company technical, system, performance, and quality requirements are met.
+ Support daily operations required to accomplish a wide variety of tasks related to the preparation and painting of combat equipment to military standards.
+ Creates, plans, and performs engineering design, development, analysis, experimentation, test, and/or product assurance tasks of moderate complexity for assigned portions of a project.
+ Ensures tasks meet cost, quality, schedule, and performance requirements.
+ Applies engineering design and/or analytical theory, principles, techniques and practices to a portion of a technical project.
+ Applies basic knowledge of the design of organization's products and technology to solve moderately complex and clearly defined engineering problems.
+ Selects the best method or process from among several existing alternatives.

+ Experience in processes of spray-painting military or commercial vehicles and equipment
+ Experience with commercial blast room equipment and bead blasting of military or commercial vehicles
+ Must be familiar with the use and maintenance of full face, continuous flow, respirator, and ventilation systems
+ Experience in root cause/corrective action- preventive action
+ Hands-on floor support experience, working with shop employees

+ Experience with military vehicle
+ Gage and equipment calibration and control ISO 9001-2008 Experience

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $57866 - $98372
