In this key role, you will provide manufacturing engineering leadership throughout a new model development program - from initial concept through final assembly. + Provide manufacturing engineering leadership throughout a new model development program, beginning at initial concept through launch at the final assembly facility.
+ Development of tooling and facilities based on product and process.

**You'll have.**

+ Travel is required including co-location at a North American Assembly plant for 9 or more months depending on scale of vehicle launch.
+ 1 or more years of Microsoft Office experience to include Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Up to 40-50% travel required

Production Supervisors are responsible for supervising hourly employees engaged in all phases of the manufacture of all blow molded containers. + Accountable for providing shift documentation on decisions, shift issues, actions and status updates for the shift for the purpose of compliance and continuous quality improvement (CQI).

**Qualifications**
A Bachelor's Degree and/or related operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and related operations experience is required. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support L10 manufacturing activities, including integration and test of rack-level CPU/GPU servers

Develop and implement assembly and test procedures for L10 manufacturing, ensuring compliance with quality, reliability, and regulatory standards

Collaborate with Design, NPI, and Manufacturing teams to review product designs for manufacturability (DFM) and testability (DFT)

Identify and resolve issues encountered during server build and test phases, performing root cause analyses as needed

Drive continuous improvements in manufacturing and test yields, throughput, and process efficiency

Oversee test fixture design, deployment, and maintenance for rack-level server validation

Assist in developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation, test logs, and failure reports

Serve as the technical interface for external manufacturing partners and internal engineering teams

Monitor manufacturing KPIs and provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus

5+ years of experience in server/system hardware manufacturing and test (CPU and/or GPU server platforms)

Strong understanding of server hardware architecture, assembly, and validation (rack-level integration experience preferred)
