Uses technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment. Performs duties associated with the setup of a variety of production equipment to produce quality products.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintains structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics systems for a variety of equipment
- Performs various machining or bench operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges and guarding
- Troubleshoots and repairs equipment; performs preventative maintenance
- Responsible for statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend-analysis in order to perform process or equipment adjustments to bring parts into specification
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Skills Requirements
- Intermediate troubleshooting skills using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic knowledge
- Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to operate forklift
- Fluent in English and primary used in area of responsibility and/or location
Education
High School diploma in equivalent education and experience# Experience Requirements

May be required to lift or carry products, parts, and/or other materials of various sizes and weights. As a
Manufacturing Technician B
your goal is to use
your technical expertise, to be the go-to person for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment in your area. You'll also be responsible for setting up various production machines to ensure top-notch quality products are manufactured.
You will do this by:
Maintaining mechanical, electrical and hydraulics systems for a variety of equipment
Perform various operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges and guarding
Troubleshoots and repairs equipment; performs preventative maintenance
Responsible for statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend-analysis in order to perform process or equipment adjustments to bring parts into specification
Trains employees; assigns and directs work; provides feedback to supervisor regarding employee work performance; addresses complaints and resolves problems
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Hours: Full -Time- Monday- Friday, 8AM - 5PM (Some Saturdays)
**Please note that 2nd shifts will be available soon as well**
Pay Rate: $13 per hour
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly line setting
- Must have the ability to stand for long periods as well as bend, stoop, twist and/or perform other repetitive motions
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Must not have any violent felonies in the past 7 years
- Must pass a drug test

- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA/QC tracking tools.
- Certification as a Quality Manager, Electrical Inspector, or equivalent preferred.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a focus on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
