**Job Location: Williamsport, PA**
Performs routine testing on majority of vacuum devices in product group. Sets up test station, changing/modifying test set as procedures and instructions indicate. Able to recover failed product with minimal supervision or engineering direction.
**Responsibilities**
+ Under general supervision, the Tester A may perform all or any of the following tasks:
+ Adjust/test vacuum devices to meet requirements of test procedure or written instructions. Monitor and record ongoing testing. Perform final acceptance test procedure and record data on test data sheet.
+ Troubleshoot failing or marginal product and adjust as required to bring back into conformance.
+ Fitting of tube to go into test kit.
+ Maintain records on each vacuum device and update file as necessary.
+ Matching and tuning of microwave circuits to achieve desired results.
+ Process rework or repair customer returned product. This includes troubleshooting, tube fittings, and all electronic, or electromechanical parts in order to evaluate scheduling.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
+ Maintain work area in clean and orderly manner.
+ Follow all security and safety instructions.
+ Ability to obtain a security clearance as required.
**Qualifications**
+ Approximately 2 years experience in electrical testing of components using fluke meters, oscilloscopes and network analyzers or similar experience.
+ Experience working with high voltage (5 to 20+ KiloVolts).
+ Associate in Electronics or equivalent experience preferred.

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join their growing advanced assembly line for high-reliability magnetic components. The purpose of a Manufacturing Technician is to fabricate and/or assemble products for customers in the Space, Defense, Aerospace and High-Reliability industries. This is accomplished through machine or hand winding, soldering, molding, core-bonding, stamping/engraving and testing. As a Manufacturing Technician you will be assigned to Winding, Assembly, Molding, Hi-Reliability, or Testing as your primary area and as time and opportunity allow, will be cross-trained in other areas. This role is responsible for preparing equipment and the work area before each shift as well as follow schematics to assemble parts under a microscope. They must be able to interpret 2D electrical component drawings and manufacture parts per instructions with the ability to flag errors on the drawings and instructions.

**Job Summary**
In this role, you will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of all manufacturing equipment during production as well as performing scheduled preventative maintenance of the same.
+ Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
+ Be able to comprehend equipment manuals, electrical wiring diagrams, hydraulic drawings, and mechanical drawings.
+ Be able to provide required fabrication of various shields and guards. Ability to bend, cut, shape, weld.
+ Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust.
+ Interface with manufacturing engineering to implement process improvements.
+ Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in the performance of your duties.
+ Be available to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends when necessary. To share call in duties with others assigned.
+ Actively participate and comply with all West HSE programs and regulations.
+ Maintain a neat and orderly work environment in accordance with West 5S program.
+ Participate in training to become more proficient in the working knowledge of and repair of incoming machinery.

**Education**

Position Summary:
The role of the Quality Control Chemist is a vital role that is essential to manage and execute the quality testing that is required for drug substance on the commercial market.
Quality Control Chemist will also be responsible for method validation and release & stability testing for clinical trial and commercial drug products; therefore, verifying all products and/or substances meet acceptable quality standards and that they are in accordance with the company’s policies & procedures, FDA policies & procedures, and any applicable cGMP requirements. Additionally, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of specified testing processes, environmental monitoring, data review, data analysis, and data trending of all raw materials, finished formulations, stability samples, client-based & company-based projects, method development, equipment calibrations/qualification and/or transfers, and cleaning study qualifications are all essential responsibilities. Quality Control Chemists are expected to collaborate with QC Analysts and Development Chemists while performing the QC Chemist position.

Position Description:
Responsibilities
- Head the collaboration between QC and Developmental Chemists personnel but also cross department collaboration regarding drug product development, commercial operations, commercial manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Analytical Development.
- Evaluation of QC laboratory operational execution and resources needed to preform tests.
- Generate, review and revise QC GMP documentation (SOPs, protocols, technical reports, specifications, etc.) as needed.
- Revise and manage technical transfer of methods from internal labs for raw material analysis, in-process testing, as well as API and Drug Product testing under supervision of the Director.
- Review and report all QC data and generate Certificates of Analysis. Monitor and trend QC data generated by internal and contract testing labs.
- Initiate ICH stability study protocols, execute and generate of interim reports.
- Manage, write, and review Out of Specification/Atypical results/Out of Trend investigations, deviations, and CAPAs.
- Investigate and troubleshoot method issues.
- Review relevant sections of regulatory filings.
- Monitor calibration schedule.
- Contact vendors.
- Schedule visits for PM/Calib and repairs.
- Assist vendors on site.
- Coordinate stability operation activities and ensure quality products and systems.
- Determine stability sample requirements, develop stability protocols and oversee execution of stability protocols.
- Monitor stability chambers and chart recorders on a daily basis to confirm environmental conditions for acceptance with established specifications.
- Prepare stability data graphs to estimate expiration dates and verify product shelf life.
- Evaluate stability trends and prepare reports.
- Equipment Qualification, including data integrity program.
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work

- 3 + years of experience in a regulated manufacturing or QC laboratory environment of analytical methods for pharmaceutical products
- Experience in QC testing of pharmaceutical and/or biologic products in a GMP environment.
- Solid understanding of GMP compliance, Quality Control CMC requirements for ANDAs, and other regulatory filings
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and prior leadership roles or positions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, small company environment, ability to adjust workload based upon changing priorities

Make Your Mark at Prysmian! ( Digital Manufacturing Transformation Manager will lead the end-to-end deployment and optimization of are Manufacturing Execution System (MES) throughout North America. This role bridges manufacturing operations and IT, driving design, implementation, and sustainment of MES capabilities across both new and existing plant environments.
The ideal candidate will ensure the system delivers value in shop floor control, quality, and traceability, while laying the foundation for future integration with SCADA, ERP, CMMS, and supply chain systems. This role can be located in Highland Heights, KY; Williamsport, PA; Marshall, TX or Abbeville, SC.
**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Lead full lifecycle MES deployment: requirements gathering, process mapping, implementation, go-live, and sustainment.
+ Work closely with operations and plant teams to align MES functionality with real-world manufacturing processes.
+ Collaborate with IT to ensure MES technical delivery aligns with business needs and strategic objectives.
+ Engage Quality and Engineering to support testing, traceability, and compliance through MES functionality.
+ Oversee process harmonization and consolidation from multiple MES platforms into a unified enterprise-wide system.
+ Lead MES deployments in both new (greenfield) and existing (brownfield) facilities.
+ Drive integration strategy and future design thinking for ERP, SCADA, PLCs, CMMS, and supply chain systems.
+ Develop and report on KPIs such as OEE, traceability, and system adoption across sites.
+ Supervise direct report(s) focused on process design; lead dotted-line site representatives throughout rollouts.
+ Champion Lean and continuous improvement principles throughout digital transformation initiatives.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
+ 3+ years of experience leading MES or digital manufacturing deployments.
+ Hands-on experience in general manufacturing environments; wire and cable industry is a plus.
+ Strong understanding of MES concepts including shop floor control, quality, and traceability.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and site rollouts across multiple locations.
+ Experience working with configurable MES platforms (e.g., Apriso) is highly desirable.
+ Familiarity with ERP systems, SCADA, PLCs, and digital factory architecture.
+ Lean and Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
+ Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
**Working Relationships**
This role will interact closely with operations, plant personnel, IT teams, and quality departments. It requires managing direct and indirect reports and influencing stakeholders across diverse functional areas.
**Travel Requirements**
Approximately 25%-50% travel to North American manufacturing locations. Some international travel may be required.
