Duties:
+ Develop familiarity with and ensure compliance with safety, health, environment and communitycompany policies and procedures as they pertain to facility operations and equipment usage and operation
+ Observe sorting, equipment operation, processing and bailing operations
+ Assign duties to workers according to production schedules and demonstrate safe, efficient use of equipment
+ Inspect machinery and equipment to verify conformance to production standards
+ Prepare time, attendance and production reports
+ Ability to manage personnel (Approx. 25-55 employees) and lead by example
+ Multi-task and willingness to learn all areas of operations
+ Must be able to lead process and quality teams on improving work flow and quality
+ Enter production data and other information on the computer
+ Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
**REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent business experience required
+ Previous supervisory skills in a diverse, fast-paced manufacturing/production environment
+ Excellent mechanical ability and strong analytical skills
+ Demonstrated ability to follow procedure and work from a set of written instructions
+ Ability to work in a plant processing environment for extended periods of time
+ Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
+ Flexibility required to work successfully on a team
+ Active individual who will be comfortable spending most of the day walking
+ Basic computer skills
+ Good time management and multi-tasking ability
+ Must speak and understand English; Spanish speaking a plus

As a Manufacturing Reliability Site Resource, you play a key role on the Kellanova manufacturing team by driving overall plant initiatives to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and delivering cost savings through building capability in TPM (total productive maintenance) methodologies, systems, and tools. This position is located in our Muncy, PA plant and will be a fully onsite role. As a member of our Manufacturing Reliability Department, you will collaborate with other IT team members, Engineers, and Continuous Improvement Leaders to deliver on action plans and contribute towards the site digital roadmap.
In this key position within the Manufacturing Reliability Department, you'll collaborate closely with IT team members, Engineers, and Continuous Improvement Leaders to execute action plans and advance the site's digital roadmap. As a high-profile role, you will interact with individuals at all levels-from the senior leadership team to the hourly workforce-giving you a unique opportunity to drive impactful improvements across all aspects of plant operations.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
+ Tools for Success - Deploying strategic methodologies, systems, and tools, such as Autonomous Maintenance, Reliability Maintenance, Problem Solving, Process Mapping, etc. to deliver site OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and cost savings goals.
+ Drive Change/Continuous Improvement - Enabling capability for others to function within the plant environment, as well as driving and supporting cost ideations and diagnostics, along with tracking and communicating projects for visibility between other plant functions and teams. Integrating system health and project monitoring into the current structure to ensure the sustainability of improvements.
+ Empower Efficiency/ Take a New Angle - Work with the Reliability Maintenance COE (Center of Excellence) team to effectively plan, schedule, and execute work; installing and sustaining the breakdown elimination and equipment classification systems. Developing and executing training for operations, leadership, and plant associates on KWS methodologies, systems and tools.
+ Strategize to Win/ Impact Results - Continually collaborating with hourly personnel and supervisors to identify and troubleshoot chronic and sporadic losses through data analysis. Utilizing systems and tools to deliver a reduction in minor stops and breakdowns.
+ Empower Teams - Supporting plant implementation of AM and RM by coaching supervisors/managers to ensure their capability to lead work teams.
We're Looking for Someone With
+ HS Diploma/GED and experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives
+ Experience leading continuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, KWS, IWS, HPO)
+ Flexibility with working hours as this team regularly works 9 hour days and non-typical hours
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization & influence others
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation
The annual salary range is $78,640 - $103,215, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
