Join our dynamic Ingersoll Rand Pump (IRP), MP Pump, and Oberdorfer Pump (MPOB) Business Unit as a Manufacturing
Technician. In this role, you will shape the core of our manufacturing
operations by documenting, implementing, and optimizing processes. You'll solve problems in real time, ensuring efficiency and maintaining the highest quality standards while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and implement innovative process improvements for manufacturing
  and assembly
  to enhance productivity.
• Utilize visual controls to communicate process improvements and project status to the team.
• Manage time effectively to achieve product development goals while addressing real-time challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead productivity enhancement initiatives to meet organizational goals.
• Conduct real-time problem resolution to support on-time delivery targets.
• Design and prepare drawings for equipment, fixtures, and tool modifications.
• Develop fixtures and material handling devices that meet regulatory requirements and improve process efficiency.
• Support projects focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory (SQDCI).

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of manufacturing
  experience, with significant exposure to CNC machining equipment.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Experience with CAD software for creating process prints, tool, fixture, and gauge designs (SolidWorks and AutoCAD preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use basic measuring tools.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

• Fully onsite, supporting daily operations as required by clients and management.

• Physical requirements: ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and exert up to 20 pounds frequently. Regular use of wrists, hands, and fingers is required.

The pay range for this role is $80,000-90,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.

**SUMMARY**
Provides shop floor support to maintenance, production, and management for automation work centers in assembly and molding.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Evaluate and develop plans to improve the performance of automation equipment.
+ Works closely with all functions to improve equipment safety, quality, and performance, especially regarding the human-machine interface.
+ Provides support, staffing, and training recommendations.
+ Trains, mentors, and works closely with the automation technicians.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field; Engineering, automation design or manufacturing required
+ Minimum of 5 years experience with automation, electrical and mechanical design, and fabricating experience required (preferably within the automotive industry)
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Must be organized and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
+ Proficiency with solid modeling software and the creation of shop prints - SolidWorks or Geomagic design preferred
+ Machining experience with CNC experience a plus

Pay and Benefits

We are looking for a reliable, experienced 2 nd shift equipment/facility maintenance technician to perform essential equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and facility maintenance. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs, preventative maintenance, and support engineering projects to ensure that our equipment and facilities are both running optimally. Also maintaining production quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment are running efficiently and trouble-free. You will be a key part of optimizing our processes and working with the operation team to create process improvements along with building a robust preventative maintenance program. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have extensive work experience and excellent technical knowledge. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work. Excellent communication skills are a requirement as we must make sure everyone is on the same page.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Evaluate equipment issues and be able to resolve issues in a timely manner.
+ Evaluate building systems to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
+ Conduct daily inspections of facility premises and equipment.
+ Conduct preventative maintenance and assist with engineering projects.
+ Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on facility and manufacturing equipment, fixtures, and tools.
+ Respond promptly to emergencies, notifying the appropriate personnel and following safety protocols.

**Qualifications:**
+ 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance with production equipment (electrical background preferred).
+ Strong understanding of equipment troubleshooting with the ability to think outside the box.
+ Understanding of electrical circuits with the ability to read schematics, PLC logic. Programming experience is a plus.
+ Experience working with vision systems is also a plus.
