**Requirements**

The approximate pay for this position is $85,000 annually. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. **Your Responsibilities**
As a **Part Time Student - Manufacturing Engineer** for **John Deere** located in **Davenport, IA** , you will.
+ Supports manufacturing processes and production
+ Provides support and basic trouble shooting for current operations.
+ Identifies and implements cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas of limited scope.
+ Works with electronic tools to perform engineering functions.
+ Develop plans of limited scope to support lean manufacturing.
+ Assists in development of baseline data for new wage performance pay plans

**What Skills You Need**
+ Must be registered as a full-time student at an accredited college/university.
+ Graduation date of May 2026 or later.
+ Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
+ Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly.

+ Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
