What You'll Do :
The Manufacturing Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process by proactively sourcing for talent, guiding the interview process, and working with hiring managers on open roles with an emphasis on manufacturing-focused positions. The Manufacturing Recruiter will be a brand ambassador, ensuring that all candidates receive a world-class experience while demonstrating Whisker values at each hiring process step.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Works closely with hiring managers for each open position:
- Completes an intake session to understand the department's need for the role and the responsibilities of the position
- Understands the makeup of the hiring department and team culture
- Recruits candidates from multiple sources, including but not limited to Whisker's careers site, LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and career fairs.
- Uses recruiting software to build a pipeline of talent proactively
- Completes video/phone screens with qualified candidates promptly
- Recruits for labor, hourly, assembly positions, including phone screens, onsite interviews, and tours, and supports onboarding
- Conducts tours at WhiskerPark or other regional Whisker locations
- Understands each aspect of the manufacturing process to conduct thorough interviews and answer candidate questions
- Owns the assessment of all resumes submitted for specific hiring roles and ensures that we are recruiting Top Talent
- Manages all calendars to schedule virtual and onsite interviews, delivering all resumes and phone screen notes to hiring leaders to review for steps moving forward
- Delivers offers and negotiates details with candidates
- Drafts new hire paperwork, conducts background checks, and participates in all aspects of onboarding while working with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure our candidates have a fantastic hiring experience
- Anticipates staffing levels and proactively finds the right talent for the right time
- Identifies and manages vendor relationships with Recruiting Agencies
- Identifies and uses creative sourcing techniques when necessary for locating suitable candidates and networking at various types of events to attract passive candidates
- Company representative/liaison at local and regional Universities, schools, and career fairs
- Supports recruiting through the use of campus relations and other partnerships when necessary
- Reviews and evaluates recruitment activities and initiatives to develop enhanced strategies and tactics that will increase the rate and number of successful hires
- Partners closely with hiring leaders and provides consistent and speedy updates on open roles, showing a high sense of urgency
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the brand to ensure each candidate is a culture fit and a technical fit for the positions being hired for
- Trains and educates supervisors by developing training materials, hiring guides, and best practices
- Additional Human Resources duties and responsibilities are performed as assigned when necessary.
What You'll Bring :
- BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience
- 4+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- Recruiting background in Manufacturing
- Understanding of sourcing methods and strategies
- Very comfortable discerning information received from candidate interviews and making a confident decision in your hiring process
- Experience with ATS software, candidate assessments, behavioral, and skill-based interviews
- Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality

+ Assist in the design, development, assembly, debugging, and optimization of manufacturing equipment, extrusion tooling, and secondary equipment for new and existing products.
+ Develop machine specifications, identify and evaluate suppliers, and procure, install, and debug equipment from external suppliers for general manufacturing, extrusion equipment, and secondary processes.
+ Plan, coordinate, develop, and execute test protocols, experiments, process characterization, and process validations for new and revised products and processes.

We are currently seeking full-time manufacturing Associates to grow with us! A general production position includes the opportunity to learn the printing process from the ground up and advance in a progressive environment.
In this position, you will assist in the creation of various well-known magazines/catalogs/newspaper inserts and other related products in our Press department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The list of duties and responsibilities may include the following but are not limited to:
+ Remove the product from the end of the printing press or finishing machine.
+ Stack loose signatures off a pallet and transfer them to the table then place them into a collator hopper.
+ Transfer completed bundles of product off the machine conveyor and stack them onto pallets, then place mail bags onto a pallet.
+ Move product with a hand jack or motorized Raymond or Big Joe lift.
+ Comply with all quality, safety, and ,work rules and regulations.
+ Effectively communicate with other members of the staff.
+ Remove the skids of product using a Big Joe and Hand Truck.
+ Assist other crew members with various duties including webbing up of the press and/or special handwork in order to meet customer requests.
+ Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A Kelly Engineering client has asked us to find a Quality Engineer to join their team to help develop quality systems, procedures, and controls that ensure medical products consistently meet performance and quality standards.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Identify, communicate, and implement quality improvements and solutions.
- Manage corrective actions, including customer complaints and internal issues:
- Investigate root causes using Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical tools.
- Coordinate sustainable corrective/preventative actions.
- Document findings and update customer portals and internal systems.
- Lead the non-conformance process:
- Evaluate suspect products and recommend disposition.
- Coordinate containment, returns (RMAs), and rework activities.
- Collaborate with customers on waivers or deviations.
- Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 13485 and regulatory standards:
- Support internal and external audits and corrective actions.
- Contribute to product development and realization:
- Participate in design reviews, process planning, and risk analysis.
- Review key product characteristics, gaging methods, and GD&T.
- Review and approve Engineering Change Notices:
- Update quality documentation and control plans.
- Process supplier and customer change notices.
- Serve as manufacturing liaison for quality-related issues.
- Approve medical device releases:
- Conduct batch record reviews and generate Certificates of Analysis.
- Release products in ERP system per customer and internal requirements.
- Support manufacturing operations:
- Train personnel on inspection, rework, and customer specs.
- Oversee inspection and testing activities.
- Ensure customer approvals and maintain complete documentation.
Desired skills and experience
- BS in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a quality engineering role (within the medical device manufacturing environment is preferred)
- Understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements: ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820.
- Understanding of best practices for cleanroom gowning and cleanliness requirements for manufacturing within a cleanroom.
- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement projects and using quality tools (e.g., DMAIC, 8D, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE).

Butler Tool is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Cost Estimator. This role is essential in managing pricing for spare parts, assemblies, and machine builds. You'll work closely with operations, engineering and vendors to ensure accurate cost estimations while maintaining excellent communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update pricing on machine builds and subassemblies.
- Handle quoting for existing and new spare parts.
- Create files for new parts
- Estimate run times by communicating with shop staff and compile data into Excel.
- Assist in managing the queue of spare parts quoting requests.
- Engage with vendors to obtain quotes on fabricated and purchased parts.
- Compile and present cost and pricing information for spare parts, assemblies, and machine builds.
- Send quotes, ask clarifying questions, and maintain customer relations.
- Apply hands-on manufacturing experience to the quoting process, including blueprint reading and material selection.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on manufacturing experience in a shop is a plus.
- Ability to zero in on small details while keeping the big picture in mind.
- Willingness to dig deeper for information and think critically.
- Competence in reading blueprints and working with material specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both vendors and customers.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage quotes.
- Familiarity with vendor interactions and quoting processes, though not directly involved in purchasing.
- Open to various educational backgrounds, with an eagerness and willingness to learn.

Seeking a Manufacturing/Quality Technician for day-to-day inspection of raw materials and assemblies as well as documenting and presenting data of quality issues per processes.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection, documentation and data collection of parts and assemblies.
- Use data to create reports to use for training and/or process improvement strategies.
- Other tasks include discussing issues with engineers, vendors and updating SOP's as needed.
- Prior experience with weld, paint, and assembly inspection
- Documenting quality issues per processes and presenting data in a statistical format.
- Ability to follow directions along with strong attention to detail is extremely important
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel (write reports in Word, create and use spreadsheets in Excel for analysis)
- Must be able to read and interpret Engineering Blueprints as every aspect of inspecting product relies on the blueprints to ensure accuracy.
- Basic math skills necessary to include fractions and decimals
- Possess mechanical ability/aptitude
