**Skills & Experience**
_The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:_
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
+ 3 + years experience in electromechanical and / or electronic product assembly
+ 2 + years experience working in PCB assembly
+ Must be able to work comfortably with the Microsoft Office suite of tools, Lab View, custom Test & calibration software along with production control and management software.
+ Skilled in the use of a wide variety of electromechanical assembly hand tools
+ Solder skills including surface mount assembly
+ Through hole and surface mount PCB repair and rework skills
+ Able to read, follow and suggest improvements to production work instructions.
+ Ability to read and follow engineering schematics and drawings
+ Ability to focus, prioritize, multitask, cope with change
+ Self Starter and sense of urgency
+ Able to perform accurate and detail orientated work with minimal guidance
+ Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
Physical Demands
+ Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

**A Day in the Life:**
Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, is responsible for inspection, assembly, and packing of products. Responsibilities include:
+ Become familiar with product lines and all related visual defects in order to identify rejected parts.
+ Visually inspects bottles retrieved from machines, conveyor lines or taken from bulk containers and makes quality decision on each part. Recognizes out-of-spec production and advises supervisor
+ Perform 15-minute inspections of high volume production.
+ Set up work area where applicable as a controlled environment where attire consists of hats, gloves, beard masks and coats.
+ Perform housekeeping responsibilities vital to maintain a clean environment necessary for the production of media bottles throughout the shift.
+ Maintain vital paperwork levels (i.e. 15-minute inspection form, MQC sheet) pertaining to the production of bottles.
+ Work to established QC samples.
+ Alert Supervisor/Team Lead or Set-up personnel when problems first begin.
+ Enforce to all company and departmental work and safety rules.
+ Able to operate any machine or operation in department assigned

High school diploma or equivalent required.

3rd Shift Group Leader Manufacturing Maintenance requires:
- 1030p-630a
- Associates degree in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology or related field desired
- Necessary vocational training
- Necessary further training Supervisor skills are a benefit
- Experienced in maintenance with a good understanding of production equipment
- Proper use of a multi-meter, math skills, and effective troubleshooting skills are required
- Must be able to read and sketch mechanical drawings
- Familiarity with programmable controllers is desired
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate good motivational and communication skills
- Overall work experience (years) High school diploma or equivalent required and previous Manufacturing Mechanic experience, minimum 2 years, required.
3rd Shift Group Leader Manufacturing Maintenance duties:
- Assist the Supervisor, on a day to day basis, in the management of maintenance activities and, when necessary or appropriate, delegate maintenance activity responsibility for their respective shift.
- Assist in the monitoring and management of PM activities.
- Examine equipment to identify mechanical malfunctions and recommend alternatives to resolve problems.
- Assist supervision to identify individual and departmental skill / process training opportunities.
- Monitor the daily activities of production mechanics, providing priority guidance as defined by the manufacturing department.
- Review machine efficiencies to ensure they meet or exceed minimum standards.
- Train line personnel and mechanical trainees to use and repair equipment.
- Assist line changeovers, set-ups, and fine tuning of equipment including weight adjustments
