Our capabilities include equipment design, manufacturing, and operation of pilot chemical systems. We also provide laboratory testing services.
This position will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the production equipment in the plant. This includes the operation of filtration equipment, process monitoring and sampling.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manufacturing and distribution of chemical products including loading and unloading materials, drumming of products and responsibility for the manufacturing process
Follow production schedule and manufacturing procedures
Provide troubleshooting expertise for the production units and perform safety checks
Demonstrate good safety standards
Coordinate work with other Operations Techs and Maintenance personnel
Interact with staff personnel to maintain operation of plant
Self-motivating and the ability to be autonomous

This position is responsible for advancing U.S Bank's position as an industry leader with Manufacturing and Wholesale Trade companies with annual revenues $2.5-25MM. The successful candidate will focus on impactful internal and external initiatives to increase industry awareness, advance the bank's market position and value proposition, and drive growth through customer-centricity.
The Industry Specialist establishes new opportunities and strengthens existing industry partnerships (national centers of influence, original equipment manufacturers, trade organizations, etc.) to build a robust event calendar and sponsorship plan. They will work closely with Relationship Management and other internal teams on in-market initiatives and planning to drive acquisition and deepen customer relationships. The specialist will also support in-market presence with select high-opportunity customers as an industry subject matter expert. Additionally, they will provide thought-leadership to marketing planning and bring market-facing input to strategy and go-to-market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Responsible for forming new and maximizing existing industry distribution partnerships (COIs, Trade Organizations, etc.)
+ Works across business lines and product partners to package solutions for the industry.
+ Ensures the consistent and successful implementation of in-market initiatives and communications at the market level.
+ Works across marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure our bankers have the necessary industry expertise and marketing for success.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. **Position Overview:**
Brunswick Boat Group is seeking an IT Manufacturing Senior Business/System Analyst to partner with the manufacturing business leads to understand their business processes and requirements to design and deliver IT solutions. Keen problem solving, effective process development, and continued commitment to improve manufacturing system processes will be integral to achieving the role's objectives. This role will require close communication with manufacturing and internal/external IT teams in delivering manufacturing capabilities. The Analyst will provide Digital solutions for the operations sites within Brunswick Boat Group (BBG). This position designs, delivers and leads IoT, advanced analytical solutions as well as Digital Manufacturing.
Additionally, this role will partner with the Site Services team for Physical Security Systems implementation and management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for introducing and applying AI technologies to optimize operations and related activities.
