This job is located in Apple Valley Ca.

Prepare cost estimates for product manufacturing or perform services to aid management in bidding on or determining price of product or service. The goal of the estimator shall be to create a step by step instruction or routing sequence for manufacturing a part or assembly. Estimator must be able to determine proper material callouts, materials list, operation sequence, outside processes and outside processors based on customer and drawing requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.
• Consult with clients, vendors, accountants, personnel in other departments, or the production team to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as production planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Confer with engineers, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
• Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services.
• Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
• Establish and maintain tendering process and conduct negotiations.
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.
• Review past estimates for accuracy against current performance and update and finalize estimates as required.
• Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to effect cost reduction.

WORKING HOURS:  This job is located in Apple Valley Ca.

Monday – Thursday 6:00-4:30 PM. Overtime may be required on an as needed basis.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirement:

The minimum qualifications and experience demonstrated and/or achieved which are qualifying for Estimator.

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in engineering or related technical discipline. Or, High School Diploma or GED with minimum 4 years’ related experience.

· Minimum 1 year experience and demonstrated proficiency using a Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) system, SolidWorks or Pro/Engineer .

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. (Verbal and written)
• Strong PC skills, proficiency with Windows, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to learn new skills and software applications.

· Ability to work with limited supervision.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to support the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. In this role, you will perform routine cleaning tasks, maintain sanitation standards, and ensure a clean and orderly environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, lobby, cafeteria, locker rooms, production areas, and restrooms (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, etc.).
• Sanitize and restock restrooms, kitchens, cafeteria, and locker rooms with necessary supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, sanitary products).
• Clean windows, walls, and office equipment to remove smudges, fingerprints, and debris.
• Maintain break room and kitchen areas (wipe tables/counters, clean microwaves and appliances, sweep/mop floors, restock supplies).
• Empty exterior trash cans, clear walkways, and pick up debris on facility grounds (including seasonal tasks such as snow/ice removal if applicable).
• Inspect facilities throughout the day for cleanliness, supply needs, property damage, or safety hazards and promptly report issues to management.
• Replenish custodial supplies as needed under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards
• Perform additional duties as required.

Position Specific Details:

• Base hourly payrate up to $19.00 p/hr, based on experience.
• Additional premium shift differential: $1.00 p/hr for 2nd shift .

**Manufacturing Engineering Manager** , manages a team within the Operations Engineering function. Focus is on support of operations performance and strategy implementation.
**What You'll Work On**
+ Provide leadership to engineering staff regarding project prioritization, process validations, and continuous improvements.
+ Implement and manage resource planning and project management tools.
+ Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $104,625 to $174,375 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. **_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_**
This role will provides technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area. Recommends and implements equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and production yields for existing products. This position will design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures in order to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity and product quality.
**_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_**
+ Manage projects which include new production equipment, process improvements and cost reductions while supporting new product introductions.
+ Provide guidance to other engineers and technicians.
+ Additional responsibilities include:
+ Provide technical mentorship to engineers and technicians. Conduct Process FMEAs and Process Validations. Improve product quality, labor efficiency, and throughput through the use of Lean manufacturing concepts. Coordinate the design, procurement, build and debug of tooling, machinery and test equipment. Work with Product Development to ensure Design for Manufacturability.
+ Draft, review or execute verification / validation protocols, identify validation risks and impacts.

+ Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

+ Support all Divisional initiatives as identified by divisional management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**  
+ Current university student or recent university graduate - Bachelor's Degree with a GPA of 2.8 or greater.

+ Our Breweries and Technical Operations are 24/7 - 365 day a year facilities which requires alternating shift work for participants who enter the program. **You** **must have flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, & overtime.**  Weekends are paid above base salary.
+ Must have the ability to walk up and down elevated catwalks and stairs, stand for long periods of time, and work in all environmental conditions including extreme temperatures.
