**Basic Qualifications:**
Basic Qualifications :
- Completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to facility requirements
- 2+ years in a production operations environment
- Experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with ERP/MRP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
**Desired Skills:**
- Master's degree from an accredited college/university
- Experience controlling and handling inventory
- Ability to manage various tasks under time-sensitive constraints
- Demonstrated ability to work well in both a team environment and alone
