PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Compile pre-packaged hardware & fabricate aluminum extrusions to specific cut sizes for shower enclosures.
- Fabricate product correctly to specification, including correct miter degrees & direction
- Properly package & label finished product for delivery
- Setup, inspect, clean, and prepare working area & equipment at the beginning & end of shift
- Maintain quality standards
- Maintain a running inventory
- Properly operates and maintains equipment, immediately reports any equipment problems or failures to the supervisor
- Safely operate chop saw and drill press
- Ability to perform physical work with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, reaching, standing, pushing, and lifting for up to 3-4 hours without sitting
- Ability to read, write, and measure product and labels
- Ability to use logical or rational thinking to resolve issues
- Ability to perform basic math and measuring functions
- Works primarily indoors, but not limited. Exposure to various temperatures.
- Exposure to sharp and rapid equipment movement, sharp utensils & materials
- Personal Protective Equipment required.

Primary Level Salary Range: $70,200.00 - $105,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. **What You'll Do:**
+ Prepare molds and raw materials for production.
+ Spray or lay fiberglass sheets onto molds using chop guns or hand tools.
+ Press and roll layers to eliminate air bubbles and ensure smooth finishes.
+ Mix resins and remove cured products from molds.
+ Use mil gauges to verify material thickness.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
+ Follow safety protocols and wear PPE including respirators, gloves, and aprons.
**What We're Looking For:**
+ High school diploma or GED, or 1+ year of related experience.
+ Basic computer skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.

Primary Level Salary Range: $111,700.00 - $167,500.00

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. - Build semi-raw rubber treads onto buffed tire casings in order to prepare tires for vulcanization in recapping and retreading processes.
- Places tire in chamber and programs correct curing temperature according to specification.
- Inspects tires to determine defects in curing, (soft cures, ply separation, repairs missed, etc.).
- Trims and paints finished retread.
- Repairs tires found defective during the process.
- Makes final inspection of repair, cuts tread design with re-grooving iron, paints tire and places in finished stock.
OTHER DUTIES
- Maintains a stock of tread rubber and repair materials, advising manager when replenishment is necessary.
- Ability and flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by Manager
