_The_ **_Manager General Manufacturing 1_** _will be responsible for the manufacturing team that builds and tests various products for multiple programs. This individual is responsible for a team of employees that builds and tests different products in support of multiple business needs and programs._

Primary Level Salary Range: $84,300.00 - $126,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Boulevard Tire Center is growing! We are looking for Manufacturing Technician for our DeLand, FL location. Production experience is a plus and must have excellent attention to detail, be flexible, have a good attendance and safety record, but if you a willingness to learn and interested in advancement we are willing to train!
JOB SUMMARY: Powder coat wheels according to customer specifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Must maintain regular attendance and ability to be at work station on time each scheduled workday.
* Place wheel on pallet for storage.
* Prepare wheel/rims for refinishing by removing valve stems and wheel weights, and place wheel in blaster, remove from blaster and transfer to powder coating booth using wheel hoist.
* Using a powder coating gun, making sure safety glasses and respirator are used for protection, spray wheel with proper and to manufacturer specifications.
* Slide wheel on monorail into oven. The wheel will bake in oven for 10-12 minutes as it is automatically moved through the oven by conveyor. Wheel will cool down on the monorail before removal.
* Let wheel cool down on the monorail before removal.
* Once wheel is cooled down, while still hooked, move to pallet, using gloves and stack. Wheels will cure up to 24 hours before re-mounting tire.
OTHER DUTIES
* Inspects repairs and lubricates equipment, following mfg. instructions to maintain good operating condition.
* Maintains standards of cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of plant. Sweeps floors and walls as necessary.
* Receives, unloads and stores in designated places, tires, wheels, etc.
* Must comply with Company Safety Policy and follow fire prevention instructions.
* Maintains a stock of repair/refurbishing materials, advising manager when replenishment is necessary.
* Ability and flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Product Test & Calibration sets up, aligns, monitors, and/or calibrates production equipment. Assists and may perform maintenance on machines and cleans up minor chemical spills in assigned area as well as glassware, ovens, and other equipment.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Set up various production machines and ancillary equipment according to procedures and product specifications utilizing small hand tools, i.e. wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, drills and channel locks.
+ Monitor machinery and process goals during shift and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimum performance of processes.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunction and either repair equipment or arrange for technical support to complete repairs.
+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as assigned by supervisor according to the Preventive Maintenance schedule.
+ Complete all pertinent paperwork pertaining to the finished product being produced according to established guidelines in the manufacturing procedures.
+ Prepare and maintain required maintenance equipment records.

Essential Duties:
* Responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management system per ISO 9001, UL, FM, and other product approval Requirements.
* Ensures compliance to quality policy, Standard Operating Procedure, ISO9001 standards and requirements.
* Hands on approach to Developing and enforcing Implementation of Quality Assurance System for:
* Incoming raw materials,
* In Process and pre startup / setup
* Finished Product Quality Assurance system and traceability.
* Communicates quality standards and expectations to employees, suppliers, and customers.
* Leads customer complaint investigation, warranty claim response and resolution, root cause analysis & corrective action implementation.
* Conducts jobsite visits and works with contractors/customers to identify and resolve field quality issues.
* Managing a partnership with the Field Services team to help resolve customer issues.
* Responsible for Continuous Improvement projects to improve the effectiveness of Quality Management System, associated processes, key metrics, cost of non-conformances, and in turn enhances customer value.
