Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead operations at our growing overhead material handling equipment facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving production efficiency, quality, and team performance across all manufacturing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations in fabrication, assembly, and installation prep
Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians, welders, and assemblers
Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality overhead cranes, hoists, and components
Monitor KPIs and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve workflow
Work with engineering, sales, and service departments to meet customer needs
Uphold a strong safety culture and enforce OSHA compliance

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, steel fabrication, or heavy equipment assembly
Experience in the overhead crane, hoist, or related industry is a plus
Proactive mindset with excellent communication and team-building skills
Lean/6S training or certification a bonus

We're looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee a state-of-the-art vertical grinding mill and powder material handling terminal. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure safe, efficient, and reliable milling operations, drive production optimization, and uphold exceptional quality standards for our cement output. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations of the vertical roller mill for optimal performance and continuous output. Monitor operational data to identify improvements in throughput, energy usage, and product quality. Partner with maintenance teams to plan and execute preventive maintenance strategies. Work closely with technical services to ensure product consistency and meet cement quality standards. Supervise and train production personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the plant. Qualifications: Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering-or equivalent experience 5-7 years of leadership experience in cement manufacturing or similar heavy industrial sectors Familiarity with automated control systems Strong knowledge of cement quality parameters, safety standards, and EHS regulations Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Mix of office and cement plant environment with exposure to dust, noise, temperature fluctuations, and machinery. Must be available for weekend work or on-call duty as required. Use of PPE (hard hat, hearing/eye protection, gloves, etc.) is mandatory. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients
* Review Federal and Multi-State Partnership tax returns
* Lead client relationships on day to day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services
* Research and consult on technical matters and special projects
* Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service
* Actively participate in business development efforts to include working collaboratively with partners and marketing professionals to target and build relationships with client prospects
* Manage, train and develop staff. Participate in the performance review process

Additional Responsibilities:

* Attain a thorough technical competency and industry specific expertise through CPE, firm/industry group events, webinars, etc.
* Review tax-related information to include tax provisions, depreciation schedules, property tax returns, etc.
* Lead multi-disciplined client service teams for account planning
* Prepare and review client correspondence (letter, e-mail, etc.)
* Actively participate in firm sponsored events for industry-specific and/or regional clients and prospects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications:

* Requires a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* CPA certification required in the respective state in which they are practicing
* Requires at 5+ years of job related experience
* Manufacturing and retail distribution experience required
* Requires prior accounting and/or tax experience
* Subject matter leader in similar accounting and/or tax services
* Management and/or mentoring experience with other staff members
* Experience making recommendations to management
* Prior public accounting experience desired
