PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Average level of physical exertion is medium. Required to bend, kneel, stoop, crawl, climb ladders, as well as stairs and other equipment. Required to stand and walk. Maximum unassisted lift = 75lbs. with an average of less than 35lbs.

The Manufacturing Technician will operate complex processes and/or provide technical support for the manufacturing area to which they are assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Set-up and operate complex or precision processes as assigned
- Test product using such equipment as Network Analyzers as assigned
- Be a subject-matter-expert for a given process

In this key role, you will provide manufacturing engineering leadership throughout a new model development program - from initial concept through final assembly. This will involve the application of lean manufacturing principles to ensure the highest quality, most efficient processes and products possible. You will:
+ Provide manufacturing engineering leadership throughout a new model development program, beginning at initial concept through launch at the final assembly facility.
+ Development of tooling and facilities based on product and process.
+ Apply lean manufacturing principles.
+ Lead virtual manufacturing assembly builds.
+ Drive resolution of manufacturing issues.
+ Interface with Design and Release activities.

1. Own and implement a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with the organization’s prioritized business objectives and includes plans for existing and future IT solutions that deliver value realization.
2. Facilitate cross-functional roadmap review meetings to ensure changes in business prioritization are accurately reflected and roadmap stage gates and milestones are compatible with other business and IT objectives.
3. Establish and enforce enterprise-wide IT standards to promote the correct and consistent use of technologies within the organization.
4. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with IT investments.
5. Analyze requirements, develop designs and production migration procedures and oversee the implementation of business applications and services.
6. Create a comprehensive plan and structured approach to implement end-to-end factory automation including machine integration that minimizes the number of Operator keystrokes and resulting human errors and increases throughput while ensuring electronic Device History Records (eDHR) meet quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
7. Lead the design and implementation of enterprise solutions such as ETQ Quality Management System (QMS) and a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) as well as related integrations.
8. Provide technical mentorship to developing IT members supporting ETQ and LIMS as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Continuous Monitoring Systems for Controlled Environments, Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) in addition to their interfaces.
9. Provide specifications for the acquisition of tools, as needed.
10. Work with internal/external customers to solve technical challenges using industry best practices.
11. Design application architecture, including user interface and middleware; collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team.
12. Lead the creation and review of design documents and artifacts; facilitate code reviews.
13. Collaborate with key Stakeholders to ensure Architecture is aligned with Stakeholder requirements as well as Business Requirements.

Summary
This position requires an individual who can work within a cGMP environment in collaboration with other labeling technicians and under the direct supervision of the Manufacturing Manager. The successful candidate must be focused on achieving individual and team productivity goals while maintaining a high level of precision and quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Practice current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDocP) at all times
- Coordinate with QA for Master Batch Label approval and with production for Production Batch Label approval
- Labeling, capping, packaging, and inspecting in-process and final products (sterile and non-sterile)
- Properly set up and operate all equipment used in the labeling and packaging processes
- Maintain equipment maintenance logbooks for designated equipment
- Concurrent record keeping including charts, logbooks, and all pertinent documentation
- Complete support documentation associated with the execution of the operation (labeling, inspection, etc.) being performed in accordance with GDocP
- Effectively demonstrate time management during batch processes (e.g. shift change during batch preparation)
- Report all unusual, non-routine occurrences when performing tasks (NOE report)
- Ensure training is up-to-date and assist in training technicians
- Attend training classes, workshops, meetings, etc., as required to improve job skills and product related procedures
- Contributes to the development of standard operating procedures, batch records, equipment logs and other document history or traceability of tasks performed
- Abide by all company gowning requirements as well as operational requirements
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of environmentally controlled areas
- Work in collaboration with other members of the manufacturing team and other departments such as quality and facility maintenance to achieve company goals
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Technicians to ensure in-stock conditions on all labeling and packaging materials
- Demonstrate, at all times, safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment
Required Education and Experience
- Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Labeling/quality assurance experience but not required
- cGMP experience but not required
- Must develop knowledge of 21 CFR Part 210 and 211 for cGMP operations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little assistance from the Supervisor
- Must be capable of working with small, delicate pieces of machinery/labels
- Strong organizational skills

We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical Technician to join our Quality Assurance Department. As the on the floor inspector, you will uphold the Quality Standard set forth by ISO:9001 and IATF. This position requires the qualified individual to perform on floor quality checks at each production station as well as a focus on maintaining all of the records and standard operating procedures required by IATF and automotive standards.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify first piece entries following production run set-ups.
- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Assist Quality Lead in the creation of PPAP and PFMEA documentation.
- Audit finished product for non-conformities.
- Utilize various lab equipment such as CMM machines, microscopes, optical comparators, depth and heights gauges, as well as calipers and micrometers.
- Train all production associates to set quality requirements on a job by job basis.
- Assist the Plant Manager in collecting data for Cost of Poor Quality Records.
- Control and follow up on supplier and customer credits.
- Complete routine auditing of the production floor to ensure compliance to standards.
- Conduct inspection of incoming raw materials and sub components from various vendors
- Document inspection outcomes and complete any necessary paperwork
- Maintain collection data programs and check sheets pertaining to non-conforming product.
- Perform full scale inspection when non-conforming product is identified.
