**About the Role:**
We're seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our team. In this role, you'll perform both electronics and mechanical assembly, from sub-assemblies to finished goods. You'll operate automated manufacturing equipment, follow standard operating procedures, and ensure products meet quality standards. This position also includes responsibilities in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assemble electronic and mechanical components from sub-assembly to final product
+ Operate automated manufacturing equipment per work instructions
+ Handle components safely using ESD protocols and good manufacturing practices
+ Inspect incoming parts and manage inventory placement
+ Follow and update work instructions and travelers
+ Support shipping and receiving operations
+ Assist with production planning alongside the Supervisor or Team Lead
+ Maintain safety standards and report potential risks
+ Uphold company policies and ethical standards
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Experience in production, light industry, or assembly line work
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
+ Proficiency in mechanical and manufacturing assembly
+ Familiarity with sub-assembly processes and lean manufacturing
+ Skilled in using calipers, height gauges, and other assembly tools
+ Experience with CNC machining is a plus
+ Ability to assist in production planning
**Work Environment:**
You'll be working in a semiconductor plant, primarily on the production floor, leading a small team of 2-3 members.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced manufacturing process technician to join our team. In this role, you will join a team of highly skilled process technicians and engineers. We are looking for quick learners with a proven ability to work with less support. This role involves working directly with proprietary plasma reactor technology to produce high-quality diamonds and assist the engineering team with technical and non-technical needs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Process Sheets and document changes as needed.
- Monitor processes on a daily basis. Adjust where appropriate and notify Process Engineers on critical issues.
- Work with team members and independentlywith a high degree of finitiative to supporrt and maintian good manufacturing processes and continuout improvements.
- Assist with process validations, DOE execution, optimizations, and process-sustaining audits.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)'s and safety procedures.
- Associate degree in a technical field, military-technical training with 4+ years of experience, or 5+ years of work experience in a related technical field. Fresh out-of-college graduates with STEM degrees are encouraged to apply. (Preferred: Bachelor's Degree)
- Ability to perform critical tasks with a high level of accuracy per procedures. (Preferred: Being knowledgeable about SPC and yield quality metrics.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and documentation experience are highly desired.
- Effective at communicating data through text, graphics, and images to audiences of all experience levels.
24 - 35 an hour
Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's job duties, experience, and expertise. We will also consider higher-level candidates and wages will be adjusted accordingly.

In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of temperature control units, ensuring all work meets blueprint specifications and quality standards. Primary Responsibilities

Build and assemble units according to blueprint drawings and specifications.
