- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949 standards.
- Establish and oversee quality control procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.

- 7+ years of experience in quality engineering, with a significant focus on manufacturing environments, preferably automotive.
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of IATF 16949 standards.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and CAPA.
- Experience with root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
- Strong understanding of inspection techniques and metrology.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab).

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives.
- Oversee production scheduling and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Implement and drive lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the plant budget, including operational expenses and capital expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the plant's workforce, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes.
- Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.
- Maintain positive relationships with employees, unions, and local community stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management.
- Proven track record of success in plant operations, production management, and cost reduction.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and capital projects.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
- Deep understanding of EHS regulations and best practices.
