- Develop models to derive real-time key manufacturing metrics, such as yield, throughput, WIP stock, and cycle time. Sources of complex real-world data include both in-house databases and commercial enterprise platforms, such manufacturing execution system (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Build automated reports on commercial platforms such as Microsoft Power BI and JMP Live.
- Conduct on-demand data analysis and visualization to fulfill dynamic business needs.
- A bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, software engineering, physics, materials science, mathematics, or similar STEM field.
- 5 years' experience in data analytics in semiconductor, materials, or a related industry; or demonstratable equivalent abilities.
- Candidates with a moderately lesser experience may apply, who will be considered for a commensurately junior position.
- Modelling and analysis of complex and imperfect real-world data.
- Data visualization in Power BI, Tableau, or a similar platform.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Provide maintenance support to all areas to insure the safe and efficient operation of machinery.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIMARY DUTIES
Production Support
o Troubleshoot and repair various types of production, packaging and process machinery and equipment.
o Complete preventative maintenance procedures and assigned work order with scheduled time frame
o Complete special project assignments in fabrication, modification and new equipment installations.
o Trouble shoot and repair various building and environmental systems.
o Detect faulty operations, defective equipment and repair as necessary.
o Reads and interprets equipment manuals, work orders, and any other applicable documentation to perform required maintenance and service
o Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment
o Prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
o Able to deal with frequent change in priorities, delays or unexpected events.
o Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information skillfully.

o Complete PM’s and WO’s in a timely manner and following all SOP standards.
o Provide support with bag size changeover, machine settings, monster cleans, support PMO’s, leads, and PO’s keeping all areas up and functional.
o Follow all inventory/parts procedures and requirements maintaining required resources to keep areas fully functional preventing long periods of operational downtime.
Communications
o Provide written and verbal communication and briefing to maintenance and production department personnel regarding downtime due to repair, projects, and modifications.
o Log all work completed on lines/areas, PM’s WO’s providing proper documentation for pass down’s/shift transitions and backup.
Safety
o Practice and apply good housekeeping and cleanliness.
o Responsibly for proper safety measures when working in packaging and processing areas, notify Leads and/or management of any concerns with safety regulations not followed or observed.
o Has the authority to stop line operations and notify Leads/management if faulty equipment or when lost parts have not been located and could cause a safety risk to the finished product.
Miscellaneous/Other
o Observe GMP and maintenance standard operation procedures.
o Maintain confidentiality of Waymouth Farms processes, procedures, etc.
o Inform supervisor immediately of problems or out of control situations.
o Perform other tasks as directed.
o Communicate shift issues with maintenance tech from next shift.
QUALIFICATIONS

· Read and write English
· Read and apply wiring diagrams and mechanical prints
· Math aptitude
· Applied use of electrical/mechanical instruments (i.e. volt/ohm and amp meter, dial caliper, micrometer and experience with 110, 220, AC motors and DC motors and simple schematics.
· Advanced operating knowledge of electronics systems
· Advanced experience in pneumatics, hydraulics and fabrication
· Able to read complex mechanical blue prints
· Knowledge of and able to operate hand tools, metals saws, grinders, drill press, benders and welders
· Welding experience using any type of torch
· Strong mechanical aptitude

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
+ Expertise in process improvement and industrial design applications for a job shop environment.
+ Mechanical and process equipment experience.
+ Driven by achieving results with strong analytical abilities.

+ Proficiency with MS Office and spreadsheet expertise.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Preferred experience in food or pharmaceutical packaging.

+ Proficiency in skills required to read, understand, and adhere to SOPs and policies of a GMP environment.
**Physical Requirements**

- Develop and supervise Maintenance Department personnel.
- Orient and direct all new employees in company policies and procedures as well as sanitation protocol.
- Consult with Maintenance Manager to review Maintenance schedule and performance sheets; adjust plans accordingly and ensure for staffing levels to meet Maintenance schedules.
- Assigns daily work loads.
- Documents daily Maintenance records and investigates Maintenance shortages, overages and losses.
- Process all injury reports and correct any unsafe conditions in the work place as soon as possible.
- Review and approve time sheets.
- Timely advice and address personnel issues with Maintenance Manager and Human Resources as needed.
- Maintains a clean, well organized area which promotes safety in the work place and develops good employee morale and work habits.
- Administers and maintains company policies, quality standards, GMP’s, and safety in a productive and efficient work place.
- Ensures for a smooth transition between shifts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable quality system standards and the unit’s food safety, and security programs in support of essential manufacturing strategies and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Maintenance management or related field and 3-5 years previous supervisory experience in similar environment.
- Strong PLC and Electrical knowledge and experience.
