Job Summary
Manufacturing positions may include but are not limited to: Assembly, Testing and repair of circuit boards as well as machine operating. Accuracy and quality are one of our top values. Responsibilities Include:
- Assembly & Production : Assemble, inspect, and test circuit boards to ensure quality and functionality.
- Machine Operation: Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify and resolve basic issues with PCB assemblies and machinery.
- Inventory & Materials Handling: Track and manage materials, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Working with Numbers: Perform accurate measurements and basic calculations for quality assurance.
- Data Entry & Documentation : Maintain accurate production records and enter data into tracking systems.

What you will do:
+ Identify and implement safety and ergonomic improvements as a first priority.

What you need:

**MISSION / SUMMARY:**
The Manufacturing Manager position reports directly to the Senior Manufacturing Manager. This position will provide direct leadership and supervision for all aspects of the stock prep, including safety, acceptance, availability, engagement, equipment reliability, quality complaints, cost control, continuous improvement, and strategy deployment.
The Manufacturing Manager will also be involved with maintenance, process improvements, and machine changes. Though having no direct reports, the Manufacturing Manager will have a strong influential position and direct authority for decision making with respect to the machine in general, and the operation in particular. This position will require being on-call some weekends and weeknights.
**JOB FUNCTIONS:** _Job functions include but are not limited to the following._
+ Assisting Operations personnel in resolving manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure safe operations and prevent operational delays and downtime while minimizing costs.
+ Work on teams to help develop and manage capital and maintenance projects.

**BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:**
+ Ten (5-8) years of previous experience with equipment for stock prep operations.
+ Five (5) years' experience as stock prep and/or paper machine supervisor.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ SAP experience is a plus.

**SCHEDULE DEMANDS:**

The Manufacturing Engineer Technician performs various technical tasks associated with supporting manufacturing processes or equipment. Technical tasks include performance troubleshooting, gauge and instrumentation calibration, machine programming and problem diagnosis.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the calibration testing, set up, and repair of various controls, instruments and gauges measuring variables within the manufacturing process
