Manufacturing Program Manager

Summary: Manufacturing is a pillar within Meta's Delivery Team supporting data center construction. We exist to support the predictable delivery of capacity at scale through manufactured solutions. The Manufacturing Team's primary focus is supply chain engagement and optimization. This position will lead program management of all manufactured components in support of Meta's RPL project. This mega-project is of such scale that it requires a high-performing PM to drive strategic and tactical aspects of first-of-kind prototyping, logistics, and integration. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the timely delivery of this capacity on what will be the largest project in Meta's history and one of a few of the largest data centers in the world.

Required Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in large scale construction management and/or scalable manufacturing

This position will lead program management of all manufactured components in support of Meta's RPL project. This mega-project is of such scale that it requires a high-performing PM to drive strategic and tactical aspects of first-of-kind prototyping, logistics, and integration. Never before have we relied so heavily on offsite construction; a necessity here to deliver a project of this magnitude on an aggressive timeline. Our Manufacturing Process Engineers play a pivotal role in the successful operation of our plants (Refinery, Chemical, Plastics) and are responsible for initiating and leading improvements to unit performance in safety, production, and reliability in a dynamic team environment. You will think strategically, execute thoughtfully, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations. In this role, you will serve as a process technical resource, providing technical and operational expertise to address complex processes across business teams.
Process Engineers serve primarily to set longer term visons for unit performance and troubleshooting in addition to supporting day-to-day activities.

Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of Executive Director, Commercial Manufacturing. This role is responsible for setting and executing strategic directions to ensure the successful delivery of SMPA's commercial portfolio of products. The base salary range for this role is $250,200 to $312,800. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. **Job Description**
**Oracle's Hardware Development Organization** seeks to add an experienced Machinist to lead the machine shop daily activities in Santa Clara branch, California. As a member of this engineering design team, you will have the opportunity to work with the team that architects the next state of the art server generations for various Oracle cloud applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making various daily machine shop activities in building/making engineering test setups or modifying designed parts for delivering server designs from concept to volume production. You will also actively participate in a number of development efforts required for server design as a part of the feasibility, test and verification process, and transition to manufacturing environment for volume production. Your efforts will be tied in with engineering efforts to ensure the server design can be integrated into data center rack level, and can function optimally within this environment.

Georgia-Pacific is recruiting for a TAD Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our Structured Papermaking Technology Platform. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to TAD and eTAD paper making assets across Georgia Pacific's North America facilities and will have a strong capability to work with both hourly and salary employees. This would include diagnosing root cause of operational issues, leading and assisting local resources in resolution of issues, identifying improvement opportunities through assessments, developing expertise in others, and maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies. This role does require domestic travel on a regular basis.

This role will be based out of one of our facilities in Clatskanie, OR (Wauna); Zachary, LA (Port Hudson); Crossett, AK; Palatka, FL; Green Bay, WI; or Neenah, WI (Neenah Technical Center) with 50% travel between those sites and occasional other locations.

Our Team

The Georgia-Pacific Projects and Engineering Team consists of approximately 130 individuals across the United States. We are engineers, project managers, subject matter experts, and designers working with our 22 continuous manufacturing facilities to achieve one team, one vision, one result.

What You Will Do

• Work with hourly and salaried personnel at production sites to identify improvement opportunities for both processes and equipment through site assessments
• Review maintenance and downtime data to identify production equipment that needs repair, replacement, or reconfiguration
• Coordinate and lead efforts to return asset performance to optimized base case with third party support and internal resources as needed
• Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of new assets
• Assist asset owners in managing and prioritizing lists of improvement opportunities for their respective assets based on business need
• Work with Subject Matter Experts and operations personnel within Georgia Pacific to develop standardized operating and maintenance strategies for similar assets and equipment
• Provide technical and professional support and mentoring for hourly and salaried engineering and operations personnel both at local facilities and within the corporate engineering team

• Support trials of new process technology and equipment and provide assessment of applicability with existing asset base

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Pulp and Paper Science, Chemical Engineering, or Process Engineering, manufacturing engineering, or experience as a backtender or equivalent role
• 5 years of tissue and towel paper making experience in a process engineering, manufacturing engineering or operations/support role
• Knowledge and expertise in specific paper making equipment and process areas including but not limited to: yankee steam systems, hot air systems, formation and stock preparation, reeling and sheet handling, pressure rolls, and machine clothing
• Able to read and interpret piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID's), layout drawings, and mechanical drawings
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
