Our team is responsible for coordinating production planning, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries to meet customer needs.What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for driving production planning and inventory management efforts to meet program requirements. • Conduct and document daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventive maintenance and work orders on manufacturing and support equipment and fixtures in accordance with the Quality System standard operating procedures and established work instructions.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic equipment failures that result in equipment downtime.
  • Utilize outside vendors if necessary to reduce equipment downtime.
• Order and maintain the inventory of components and spare replacement parts to ensure manufacturing operation minimizes downtime.
• Assist in the preparation, execution and documentation of equipment and process validations (I.Q.'s, O.Q.'s and P.Q.'s)
• Assist in performing calibrations to appropriate production equipment.
  • This would include equipment or processes requiring time, temperature, pressure, etc. inputs or outputs.
• Meet or exceed quarterly departmental goals and objectives.
• Understand and follow all departmental SOP's.
  • Document and report any process deviations to team leader.
• Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures.
• Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.
• Assist and support other team members as necessary.

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum 1 year experience with CNC and machine shop equipment, diagnosis and repair, preferred.

• Excellent technical aptitude, flexible schedule and record keeping skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of computers and associated software.
• Valid Driver's license

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulated industry and a solid understanding of quality systems governed by FDA and ISO standards. This position requires thorough documentation and compliance with established procedures and protocols within the company's Quality Management System (QMS). Job Description Perform and document inspection of incoming and finished goods, including implants, instruments, raw materials, and trays, in accordance with approved SOPs and work instructions. Create and maintain non-conformance (NC) records, including segregation of defective products and documentation within the NC system. Notify QC Supervisor/Manager of identified non-conformances. Conduct product inspections based on established Sampling Plans. Update and maintain ERP system status and product location for accurate identification and traceability. Perform Stock Audits, First Article Inspections (FAI), and Special Inspections (SI) as assigned. Understand and apply the Quality Management System, including relevant FDA and international standards. Skills Required Previous experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance department within a regulated industry preferred. Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is a plus. Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability and willingness to learn the use of basic measurement tools such as calipers, profile overlays, hand gauges, etc. Basic proficiency with computers and ability to work within digital systems (e.g., ERP, NC tracking).
