About Fenton Mobility

Fenton Mobility bring state-of-the-art equipment to the van and bus market, providing the safest and most innovative transportation and accessibility solutions for individuals, agencies, and public transportation systems. We design, prototype, and manufacture all of our products in our advanced 90,000 square-foot facility.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform all foundational upfitting skills, including vehicle prep, floor installs, running boards, and shoulder brackets.
  • Train and mentor new hires in processes, tools, and safety procedures.
  • Install advanced components such as interlocks, DOT accessories, high head room brackets, and insulation.
  • Perform electrical installations and modifications.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality standards are met.

About You

  • Experience with vehicle upfitting, carpentry, manufacturing assembly, or related work.
  • Skilled with a wide range of hand and power tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Capable of training and supporting new team members.
  • Comfortable with electrical systems and advanced component installation.
