**What You Will Do**
- JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining and repairing precision high-speed manufacturing equipment, ensuring machines operate according to quality, safety, and production standards.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO
+ Adjust and repair precision high-speed manufacturing equipment and related systems.
+ Prepare machines for start-ups and shutdowns.
+ Ensure machines operate in compliance with quality, safety, capacity, and good manufacturing practices and standards.
+ Troubleshoot and repair issues with complex high-speed machines in a timely manner.
+ Handle and/or assist with major overhauls, assembly, and installation of modifications.
**Qualifications**
- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Education beyond high school in machinery and/or mechanical maintenance, or industrial technology preferred.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Legally eligible to work in the United States.
+ Experience maintaining and repairing high-speed machines in a manufacturing environment.
**All Candidates:**
+ Availability to work any of 3 shifts and overtime, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
+ Successfully pass job-related tests to enter the Adjuster Training program.
**Work Environment and Physical Demand**
+ Ability to easily move about an industrial facility.

+ Climb on machinery.

* Lead, plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day production operations to exceed our customers' expectations
* Drive 6S initiatives across each manufacturing line

Our Work Schedule: The Greensboro Procter & Gamble Plant operates 7-days per week on 12-hour shifts. Most employees work a 2-2-3 work schedule. Day shift is 7:00 am - 7:30 pm and night shift is 7:00 pm - 7:30 am.
Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the plant to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the shift schedule.
Job Qualifications
+ 18 years of age or older
+ Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education
+ Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
+ Willing to work a day shift or night shift
