**What You Will Do**
- JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining and repairing precision high-speed manufacturing equipment, ensuring machines operate according to quality, safety, and production standards.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO
+ Adjust and repair precision high-speed manufacturing equipment and related systems.
+ Prepare machines for start-ups and shutdowns.
+ Ensure machines operate in compliance with quality, safety, capacity, and good manufacturing practices and standards.
+ Troubleshoot and repair issues with complex high-speed machines in a timely manner.
+ Handle and/or assist with major overhauls, assembly, and installation of modifications.
**Qualifications**
- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Education beyond high school in machinery and/or mechanical maintenance, or industrial technology preferred.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Legally eligible to work in the United States.
+ Experience maintaining and repairing high-speed machines in a manufacturing environment.
**All Candidates:**
+ Availability to work any of 3 shifts and overtime, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
+ Successfully pass job-related tests to enter the Adjuster Training program.
**Work Environment and Physical Demand**
+ Ability to easily move about an industrial facility.
+ Work in tight or confined spaces.
+ Work at higher elevations.
+ Climb on machinery.
+ Perform manual tasks requiring physical effort, such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

You will manage the production activities, managing and reporting operational KPI's, and overseeing operational improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Lead, plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day production operations to exceed our customers' expectations
* Drive 6S initiatives across each manufacturing line
* Drive on Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery
* Plan and direct needed investments to improve productivity and provide production capacity consistent with sales volume objectives and support manufacturing strategy
* Eliminate wastes, improve cycle times, reduce throughput times in production
* Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
* Process optimizations, procedures and instruction updates in alignment with the Technical Department
* Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
* Develop new leaders, and increase employee's competency level
* Drive inventory optimization
* Manage production order tasks in Salesforce.com
* Ensure accurate manufacturing hours in SAP production bill of materials
