Position Purpose
- Provide day to day manufacturing operations support as part of Lean management team.
- Problem solve process roadblocks to meeting daily business objectives.

- Maintain process work instructions ensuring that any process changes are accurately reflected.

Primary Responsibilities
- Team member within cross-functional Lean daily management teams focused on ensuring flow is maintained through production lines.
- Responsible for ensuring work instructions and standard work are documented for each process step
- Leads process continuous improvement projects driven by business goals for safety, quality, delivery and cost in collaboration with manufacturing team ensuring projects are complete on time and within budget.
- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings to ensure collaborating and cohesion.
Position Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in various engineering fields relating to mechanical design, manufacturing and process development
- 3+ years project management in a manufacturing environment
- BS degree (Mechanical or manufacturing engineering field strongly preferred)
- Proficient in Vision, Microsoft Office and MS Project
- AutoCad or ProE experience
- Technical report writing skills
- Travel as required <10%

The base salary range for this role is $250,200 to $312,800. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. As part of our Manufacturing Engineering Project team, the primary function of this position will be to drive the development and execution of corporate strategy and innovation capital projects for Keurig Dr Pepper manufacturing locations. Technical Services:
+ Collaborate and drive network and plant strategies for capacity growth, productivity, and innovation

**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline required
+ Master's degree is a plus
+ 5+ years of capital engineering project-based experience required
+ Knowledge of primary packaging equipment and materials/processes (fillers, plastics, aluminum, bottles, cans, caps/closures) required
+ Knowledge of secondary/tertiary packaging equipment (cartoners, case packers, palletizers) required
+ Knowledge of plant infrastructure and operations required
+ Experience with technologies including CSD, Juices and Teas, Aseptic, hot fill highly preferred

The Manufacturing Process/Weld Engineer II will lead process design, optimization, and improvement initiatives for the Welding area. This role requires expertise in welding processes, workflow optimization, equipment/tooling design, and lean manufacturing. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including production, quality, and design engineering-to ensure high-quality output, improved efficiency, and cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
Process Design & Improvement
+ Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for welding operations, including work center and flow cell layout.
+ Collaborate with Certified Welding Inspectors (CWIs) to improve drawings and weld maps.
+ Create and maintain work instructions, process flows, and SOPs.
+ Promote best practices across all organizational levels, from shop floor to leadership.
Production Support
+ Troubleshoot and resolve large-scale assembly and welding issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
+ Partner with production teams to meet schedule, quality, and output targets.
Quality & Compliance

Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Jig and Tool Maker or in a similar role within the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in using manual and CNC machines, such as lathes, mills, grinders, and other machining tools
General Requirements:

- Perform shape grinding on surface grinders and properly use borazon and diamond wheels
- Maintain tolerances within specifications
- Train others as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
