In this exciting role as a Manufacturing Manager, you will have responsibility for leading the production side of the Peripheral Vascular Health Operating Unit. You will gain experience with products across Medtronics portfolio, supporting your development and growth. This role reports to the Manufacturing Director overseeing and directing the work of a team of Production Supervisors.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
  • Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
  • Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
  • Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.
  • Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have:

  • Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience using lean tools and mechanisms to improve business and manufacturing processes
  • Experience in a high volume high mix environment
  • SAP and MES systems
  • Able to acquire high level of technical knowledge to problem solve issues
  • Can work closely with development partners to successfully launch new products
  • Versed in Quality Management Systems in a highly regulated industry

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$103,200.00 - $54,800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

Position Objective:

As Manufacturing Manager at Wagner Spray Tech, you will be accountable for the assembly, machining, and supporting manufacturing areas, and have overall accountability for safety, quality, on-time delivery, efficiency, and cost.   • Responsible for overseeing the tier management process and execution.
  • Capacity planning to ensure production resources are aligned to customer requirements.

  • Business management skills, knowledge of lean processes and tools, and strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Full experience with an ERP.

In this exciting role as a Manufacturing Manager, you will have responsibility for leading the production side of the Peripheral Vascular Health Operating Unit.
