As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also be expected to provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with team members and site personnel, and use technology such as computers or tablets to document your activities. **What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
+ Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance needs observed during patrols.
+ Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
+ Remain alert to changes in the environment and adapt patrol routes as necessary based on site needs.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet; this is preferred.
+ A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
