SUMMARY: The production supervisor is responsible for all critical metrics in their department during their shift. These include, but are not limited to: safety, quality (deviations, CAPAs, customer complaints, RFT, etc.), production, efficiency, cost, employee morale, and timely delivery. Along with important metrics, the supervisor is accountable for various shift tasks. These tasks involve leading a skilled labor force and collaborating with different departments to accomplish company goals.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM), previously branded as Finance & Operations (F&O), and a strong focus on Manufacturing (production control, product information management, inventory management, and warehouse management). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging their deep understanding of Dynamics 365 FSCM modules to optimize manufacturing operations. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions, support, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the platform.
Responsibilities· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document supply chain processes, pain points, and align with D365 FSCM and global standards.
· Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for D365 FSCM solutions.
· Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices to align business needs with D365 FSCM capabilities.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business and project goals.
· Design scalable, efficient, and effective solutions within the D365 FSCM framework to support supply chain workflows.
· Configure and customize D365 FSCM modules, including Manufacturing: production control, product information management, inventory management, and warehouse management.
· Collaborate with development teams to design custom extensions, integrations, and workflows when required.
· Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and external resources, to drive project progress and resolve issues.
· Act as the primary point of contact between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
· Support project planning, timeline management, and status reporting to ensure project deliverables align with business goals.
· Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives to drive user adoption.
· Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
· Identify, document, and resolve defects or issues during the testing phase to ensure a smooth deployment.
· Provide post-implementation support to ensure the smooth operation of D365 FSCM modules.
· Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements.
· Stay updated on the latest D365 features and trends, offering recommendations for ongoing optimization.
Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or SCM.
· 7-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with a focus on D365 FSCM.
· Extensive hands-on experience with D365 FSCM, particularly within Manufacturing: production control, product information management, inventory management, and warehouse management.
· Knowledge of D365 FSCM configurations, forms, labels, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
· Familiarity with tools like Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure is a plus.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
· Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
· Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business scenarios and propose practical solutions.
· Excellent troubleshooting abilities to address system and process challenges effectively.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
· Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification in D365 FSCM is highly desirable.
· Ability to understand enterprise architectural concepts.
· Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams.

A good fit for this role would be someone from a mechanical or electrical engineering background. Job Qualifications
We are looking for:
+ Candidates seeking a BS/MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering are preferred
