- Supervise production activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and workplace organization.
- Utilize sound judgment, critical thinking, and economic analysis to make timely operational decisions that align with the company's risk philosophy and maximize value.
- Manage personnel allocation and shift resources efficiently, adjusting staffing levels as needed to meet production demands, including coordinating call-ins and shift maintenance.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes to support problem-solving, troubleshooting, and provide team members with the necessary operational guidance and information.
- Oversee skills qualification and knowledge assessments for operators, identifying skill gaps and supporting targeted development plans to build a capable, flexible workforce.
- Balance competing priorities in a flow-to-work environment, providing real-time coaching and actionable feedback to frontline staff and support personnel to sustain operational excellence.
- Employ strong communication, planning, and organizational skills to facilitate effective knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Supervisory experience in an industrial, manufacturing or military environment
- Experience managing production workflows, personnel allocation, and balancing competing priorities
- Experience using Microsoft Applications: Word (typing documents), Excel (pulling reports & entering data), PowerPoint (giving presentations) & Outlook (sending emails)

- Knowledge or certifications in welding, painting, or burner assembly processes

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team in Tulsa. This hands-on role involves full-cycle machine assembly, from the ground up, using both mechanical and hydraulic components. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diesel engines, pumps, hoses, and basic electrical wiring. This role may also include performing maintenance and repairs on customer-returned equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble machines from start to finish using mechanical and hydraulic components
- Work with diesel engines, pumps, hoses, and other hardware
- Perform basic electrical wiring per blueprints and schematics
- Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment sent in by customers or distributors
- Travel domestically as needed for on-site setup, repair, and troubleshooting
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team
- Two years of field-specific technical or vocational education preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic assemblies
- Background in automotive, engine rebuilding, or mechanical assembly
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must provide or be willing to purchase a basic tool set and locking toolbox

- Using the established manufacturing process flow, defines sequences of events, develops text and graphics work instructions, manufacturing datasets, tooling requirements, and manufacturing bills of material.
- Communicates with engineering teams to influence and clarify design concepts. Coordinates change incorporation, optimizes processes, addresses producibility issues, production & post production problems.
- Coordinates with a variety of other organizations.
- Ability to apply process knowledge in one or more of the following areas; Composite non-metallic, Machining, Sheet metal, and Structures.
- Some experience with CATIA V5, SAP, Right Hemisphere or equivalent.
- Must be willing to work in the manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-9 years of Manufacturing Engineering/planning experience.
- Strong to excellent SAP knowledge.
- Strong to excellent general computing skills.
- This individual needs to be a self-starter who can eventually take a project from start to finish and has a willingness to work with all disciplines to accomplish a goal.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Skills:
- Computer skills: MS Office suite, SAP, Catia.
- Experience with manufacturing engineering.
- Aircraft knowledge and manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, PLs and Specifications.
- Experience with Catia programs.
- Bachelors degree is highly preferred but not required.

Job Summary: Assemble and install sub-assembly components on commercial HVAC products in a traditional assembly line fashion while working as a team. Complete duties in a safe and timely manner in accordance with relevant codes and quality standards.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembles and installs sub-assembly components accurately in a timely manner per approved specifications.
- Reads blueprints and order forms and verifies parts required prior to assembly or installation.
- Communicates with other assembly line stations to ensure maximum production and accuracy.
- Performs quality checks on products and materials.

International Motors has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor in the EV/CBC center. The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor will be the primary resource for Tulsa Operations for establishing technical expertise on the principles of Lean Manufacturing. Position will work directly with appropriate disciplines within the facilities to provide operational effectiveness/efficiency solutions in several key areas i.e. Process Capability, Absenteeism/Workmanship, Facilities/Tooling/Materials.
The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor will report to the Manufacturing Operations Manager. This position will oversee between 40-60 employees.
Responsibilities
+ Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives
+ Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply
+ Plans and administers procedures and budgets
+ Makes budgetary recommendations and may control capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor
+ Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas
+ Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree
+ At least 3 years of production/manufacturing experience
