**Responsibilities**
+ Responding to any emergency or potential emergency.
+ Security diligence, including maintaining control of personal key cards, preventing unauthorized entry to the facility by non-Amcor employees, and proper maintenance / security of Amcor information and equipment within your direct responsibility.
+ Constant vigilance and participation in Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Production practices.
+ Prevent nonconforming products from being shipped to customers.
+ Identify and record problems relating to products, processes and quality systems
+ Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity of product or quality systems.
+ Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
+ Suggest actions for continual improvement to products, processes, or systems and verify the implementation of solutions.
+ Observe all Safety precautions, Food Safety requirements and Plant rules to prevent injury to self or others and to prevent loss of material or damage to equipment.
+ Follow and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
+ Maintain good housekeeping and 5S.
+ Transcribe product specification information onto shipping cartons.
+ Weigh, tape, lift, and stack filled shipping cartons onto pallets (if required).
+ Perform duties quickly to avoid production back up.
+ Perform visual inspection of production and alert Shift Coordinator or QA of noticeable defects.
+ Perform job duties associated with scrap parts produced.
+ Completes daily report of parts produced, scrapped or placed on hold.
+ Tend to machines such as Presses, Assembly, Auxiliary, Printing, and Lining equipment, which perform in production areas, according to machine standards.
+ Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance task as assigned by Shift Coordinator.
**Qualifications**
+ Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
+ Maintain an attendance record within company guidelines and working required overtime.
+ High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred.
+ Read, write and speak English.
+ Past experience / proven ability within the specified disciplines.
+ Negative drug screen test results.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for developing cost estimates and pricing in response to quote/ proposal requests from new and existing customers. Additionally, this role will analyze customer revisions to determine related cost/ pricing changes. This individual will handle all the administrative aspects to set up parts, kits, and assemblies in the business system of the division. The incumbent will interact daily at various levels within the division. This individual would have the ability to understand and participate in resolving the technical and operational challenges with particular business opportunities. This person will spend more than 90% of their time executing the day to day administrative and technical activities associated with developing data used to propose and set up new business for the division.
Duties and Responsibility
+ Analyze and evaluate customer prints and specifications to determine best production methods considering cost and quality.
+ Assist other associates in the division as needed in the development of new business with existing customers.
+ Help to assure that we retain business that is profitable, sustainable, and collectable
+ Interact with O'Neal procurement personnel as needed.
+ Interact with sales and business development personnel at other O'Neal subsidiaries.
+ Travel as needed to accomplish desired results. Overnight travel may be required occasionally.
+ Apply the principles used in the pricing strategies of the division.
+ Work collaboratively with Strategic Business Development Managers and Strategic Account Managers to assure accurate and timely proposals to the customer.
+ Work collaboratively with Plant Managers, Manufacturing Technicians and VP of Manufacturing to assure accurate estimates of manufacturing costs.
+ Participate in technical discussions with internal associates or our client's personnel.
+ Communicate status of analysis projects and assure that agreed upon deadlines are met.
+ Interact with O'Neal Sales process tools as needed.
+ May assist in creating formal presentations to existing customers.
+ May assist in the preparation and organization of the planned business review meetings with customers.
+ Have a general understanding of the financial performance of the division.
Skills and Qualifications
+ Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
+ Experience with ERP system, preferred.
+ Able to work in a high paced environment.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Associates degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience, required.
+ Speak conversational English.

+ **Lead Capital Equipment Projects** - Drive end-to-end execution from specifications and supplier selection to installation and qualification. Ensure tooling and equipment meet GE standards, maximize uptime, and boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
+ **Own Manufacturing Metrics** - Manage labor plans (VLOH), equipment/tooling budgets, and quality performance for your assigned areas. Conduct trade-off analysis and guide decisions that best support business goals.
+ **Design and Develop Processes** - Collaborate across functions to build manufacturing processes aligned with the full value stream, including workstation design, TPM strategies, single-piece flow, and standard work.

+ Proven problem-solving skills using Lean and Six Sigma principles
+ Ability to analyze manufacturing data to drive improvements
