**About the Role**
Caterpillar's Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Order-to-Delivery (MSOD) Intern program seeks students currently enrolled in a four-year university to work alongside manufacturing professionals to learn and apply themselves to project work within their teams.

**Required:**

+ Minimum 3 years of welding experience for level II.
+ Must be able to read, comprehend, and apply a WPS.
+ Capable of passing a steel plate GMAW fillet visual test in the 2F position, 1G GMAW test.
+ Must be able to set up oxyfuel and plasma torch as well as be able to make clean square cuts, straight cuts, beveled cuts, and wash welds.
+ Follow and advise on all safety procedures.
+ Advanced ability to comprehend and interpret sketches / blueprints.
+ Skilled in the safe and correct use of all hand tools.
+ Certified in the use of all overhead cranes and fork trucks.
+ Accurately read a tape measure and other measuring devices such as pressure gauges, fillet weld gauges, and levels.
+ Must have track record of consistent and timely attendance.
+ Ability to cooperate with a team and take directions from supervisors as well as other peers and level III welders.
+ Capable of operating the band saw, ironworkers, bench grinder, and port-a-band.
+ Must be competent enough to determine if their own work is complete and correct as specified by instructions, drawings and specifications.
+ Work independently or cooperatively with little hands-on instructions.
+ Must have a solid understanding of weld joints and weld symbols.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints / engineering sketches and correctly assemble them.
+ Must be able to perform routine machine maintenance and trouble shoot issues.
+ Ability to operate welder and replace gas cylinder or other parts.
+ Ability to use hand and power tools.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
+ The main function of this role is the welding and grinding of skids, tanks, SCR stands, and cable trays. The welder will reference engineering documents to guide them in the building of structures and the fabrication of parts.
+ Additional responsibilities and objectives will be added as needed based on business and area of needs.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
+ Must be able to lift 50lbs, manipulate heavy test equipment, and cables.
+ Manual dexterity to operate digital equipment, including computers and PLC's, protective relays, controllers, and other such equipment with small fine buttons and operators.
+ Required to stand and walk for extended periods of time on the manufacturing floor throughout the day.
+ The work environment associated with this role can take place either indoors or outdoors depending on the nature of the project. Tolerance for various weather elements may be necessary. This is an active manufacturing setting; at times it will be noisy, and equipment will be moving.

**Billing Quality Control Coordinator - REMOTE (New Jersey)**
The Labcorp Specialty Support team has an exciting career opportunity for a **Billing Quality Control Coordinator** . The purpose of this position is to work with clients and divisional employees to resolve billing issues, to increase cash, and reduce bad debt. From findings, drive corrective action plans and monitor improvement.
**Responsibilities**
+ Acts to address clients with high bad debt or revenue write off experience by interfacing with sales and operations to create and implement action plans for improvement. Works with the client and/or Sales to address outstanding, past due client balances and obtain billing information for items moved to third parties.
+ Coordinate and work with Corporate Billing on customer facing initiatives to communicate and assist with the adoption of technology and tools developed to improve the account performance with regards to defects.
+ Provide billing training to phlebotomists, Sales, and clients to ensure correct billing and prompt payment. Training to include reviewing client billing invoices, obtaining appropriate 3rd party billing information, ABNs, RPI and Medical Necessity.
+ Problem solving by being able to zero in on specific client issues from analysis of corporate reports and other quantitative data, when requested, and maintain conversational knowledge of all client issues.
+ Establish and maintain productive relationships with employees, peers, and senior management, crossing departments, divisions and corporate lines to establish trust and confidence in the BQCC program to resolve issues.
+ Participate in meetings with internal departments as needed (billing, sales, client services, branch, LCM, PSCs) to update and provide information regarding billing issues and activities. Act as liaison between billing and other departments.
+ Strong communication, both oral and written is essential to communicate with others located throughout a wide geographic area where the primary mode of communication is conference calls and email.
+ Establish effective follow up processes.
+ Establish systems and process to manage, analyze and act on large volume of quantitative data.
+ Ability to prioritize projects to optimize work time.
+ Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
+ Minimum three + years previous work experience in medical billing, healthcare and/or insurance claims required
+ Experience in teaching, support, and training in customer interaction situations strongly preferred.
+ Familiarity with medical and insurance billing requirements and regulations strongly preferred.
+ Prior experience in teaching, support, and training in customer interaction situations strongly preferred.
+ Knowledge of LCBS, LCLS, Labcorp LINK, and other Labcorp software strongly preferred.
