Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.) and methodologies (SPC, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Proven experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys) and CAPA implementation.
- Proficiency in using metrology and inspection equipment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.

Responsible for the application of paint and other coatings using electrostatic / air assist paint guns and other automotive type paint application devices on JLG products.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Prime, paint, and touchup vehicles with power spray equipment and brushes.
+ Mask, unmask, or adjust masking as necessary to ensure specifications are met.
+ Sand, wash, and condition parts as necessary. Light bodywork may be required.
+ Disassemble, clean, repair, adjust and reassemble painting equipment, such as pumps, paint heaters, tanks, spray guns, etc. for proper operation.
+ Flush tanks, hoses and guns prior to color changeovers.
+ Mix all types of paints for proper color, formula, conditions, viscosity and consistency.

**District Overview**
TIC is a Kiewit Subsidiary that provides direct-hire construction services for industrial projects. TIC Denver has projects in Power, Industrial Manufacturing, Oil Gas Chemical, and Mining across the United States. Its projects range from small capital work up to major EPC projects. We are looking for people committed to the construction industry in an "open-shop" environment.
**Location**
Our Superintendents "go where the work is". Project locations will vary. Initial project will be located either in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Santa Teresa, New Mexico or Abilene, Texas.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide supervisory direction of craft workers via the general foreman and foreman, managing the performance of productivity, safety, quality and schedule adherence.
+ May oversee more junior superintendents providing mentorship and guidance.
+ Liaison between field engineering and craft to ensure compliance of construction drawings and specifications
+ Coordinate and interface effectively with other superintendents and subcontractors, as well as Kiewit staff personnel and leadership to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence
+ Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate
+ Assist in schedule planning, determining craft labor levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements. Manage contract administration (subcontractor/field management meetings for communication).
+ Oversee monthly job cost updates, cash flow projections, review, approve and negotiate change orders
+ Ensure project rules, procedures and programs are followed consistently, including those involving safety, attendance, and workplace behavior standards as reflected in Company's non-harassment and nondiscrimination policies
**Qualifications**
+ Ability to travel and relocate as needed
+ 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, performing functions as identified above, either performing construction oversight/construction management of subcontractors or directly overseeing foreman and craft crews doing self-perform work. A combination of both, highly desired.
+ Experience with semiconductor plants, highly desired. Ideal candidate has experience with any or all of the following: Piping (small and large diameter), electrical construction, and/or building/architectural construction
+ Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, union agreements and jurisdictional issues, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, engineering drawings and other documents
+ Demonstrated ability to efficiently supervise and evaluate craft and subcontractor performance
+ Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative with strong leadership, negotiation, planning and contract administration skills
+ Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
+ Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
+ Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt
+ Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
