Job Description
Your primary function is to develop manufacturing solutions, create and maintain process instructions, and support manufacturing operations for the Generator Stator manufacturing facility. You will support the generator stator operations which includes both new build and disassembly / refurbishment of major factory service projects.
**Your Primary Responsibilities**
+ Work together with Design Engineering to provide solutions and processes to manufacture new generator stators as well as service by creating and issuing detailed work instructions to factory floor operations. Assist in training and development of hourly workforce both in processes performed as well as product function and CTQ elements.
+ Hands on factory floor trouble shooting with hourly workforce including process development, failure analysis of service products, and product / process non-conformances and support internal and external customer technical conversations with process and product expertise.
+ Design and procure tooling needed for stator assembly processes on service generators. Apply 3D CAD software, work with vendors, document tooling, drive improvement, and estimate process hours.
+ Support efforts on development projects, 5S, CI, process and cycle-time reduction to improve stator operations and create the most efficient workflow solutions in the stator final assembly area and compile and lead manufacturing process reviews with shop floor personnel.
+ Collaborate on facility upgrades and tooling development. Decrease costs, improve manufacturing, analyze quality issues.
+ Provide timely resolution of product, process and equipment problems in the form of short- and long-term solutions and understand root cause to implement CAPA and avoid recurrence. As well as be available for off-hour support when needed, and other duties as assigned
**What You Bring (requirements)**
+ Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or engineering discipline or manufacturing equivalent with 3+ years hands on experience in manufacturing related field
+ Working knowledge of various manufacturing processes including metal joining / brazing and tooling common to hand skill areas.
+ History of working well with others in a collaborative environment.
+ Mathematical and Mechanical Proficiency
+ 3D modeling experience with NX or Mastercam software desirable

Skills and Abilities

- A State Electrical license, technical certificate or a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience and/or training or any equivalent combination of education and experience

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Or Equivalent
- Previous Supervisory or Leadership Experience: capability in managing teams, handling conflict resolution, and providing guidance and mentorship
- Minimum of 10 years in Manufacturing or Production Environment: Demonstrates familiarity with the industry, understanding of production workflows, and hands-on experience with manufacturing processes

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and Executing HR Strategies - This role contributes to the development of HR Strategy, is accountable for implementing plans that elevate the talent capability of the supported organizations, and improves organizational results by measuring and assessing performance, effectively diagnosing root cause and implementing innovative solutions. The role will be accountable to create talent management strategies that put the right people in the right roles to drive results.
- Supports safety and engagement programs to ensure every people leader and employee are engaged and care for others, starting with safety
- Leads employee relations to ensure the team is performing at the highest level. This includes working with Leadership Team to ensure consistent execution of company policy and practices and compliance with all statutory regulations as required, to avoid litigation.

- Serves as the Training and Development (T&D) Pillar Leader for the Plant in support of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation and sustainability

- 2+ years of HR leadership in Manufacturing
