Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Technician in Waterbury, CT
Starting at $19.00 per hour with full benefits
We're launching something bold and exciting in the heart of Waterbury, and we're looking for driven individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and help bring a new cannabis brand to life. If you're passionate about quality, innovation, and being part of something meaningful, we want to hear from you.
This is not just a job - it's an opportunity to grow within one of the fastest-growing industries in the country. Cannabis is changing, and we're at the forefront of that transformation. Our team is dedicated to building a brand that blends creativity, purpose, and real connection with the community. As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll be right in the middle of that journey, helping us craft products that reflect our values and raise the standard.
About the Role
As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality cannabis products in a safe, clean, and compliant environment. Each day, you'll be involved in preparing raw materials, operating and maintaining production equipment, monitoring quality, and keeping detailed records of all processes. Your ability to follow protocols, pay close attention to detail, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.
You'll also have the chance to collaborate with your team to solve problems, identify improvements, and build efficient systems that will help us scale. This is hands-on work that requires both physical stamina and mental sharpness, but it's also incredibly rewarding as you'll see the direct results of your efforts.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are dependable, motivated, and eager to grow with us. You should be comfortable working on your feet for long periods and following strict safety and sanitation procedures. Previous experience in a manufacturing or cannabis production setting is helpful but not required - if you're willing to learn, we're willing to train.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in cannabis and the potential it holds. You should be team-oriented but able to stay productive on your own when needed. A proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to change will also serve you well in this evolving environment.
What You'll Receive
In addition to a competitive hourly wage of $19.00, this position includes a full benefits package. That means medical, dental, and vision coverage to keep you healthy, life insurance for peace of mind, and paid time off so you can recharge. Most importantly, you'll be part of a company that respects your time, values your contributions, and wants to see you succeed.
Who We Are
Point Management and Borealis are building a different kind of cannabis company. We're not here to do what's already been done. We're creating a brand that reflects authenticity, inclusivity, and innovation - and we're looking for team members who feel the same.
Our company culture is grounded in creativity, forward-thinking, and the belief that cannabis has the power to elevate people and communities. We approach our work with purpose and a little bit of edge. Whether it's through our product design, our community events, or how we treat each other every day, we're here to make a positive impact.
Why Join Now?
This is a rare chance to get in at the ground level with a brand that's just beginning to bloom. As we grow, so will the opportunities for leadership, advancement, and long-term career development. If you're looking for a place where you can be part of the story - not just a number - you'll fit right in.
Ready to Apply?
If this sounds like the kind of work and team you'd be proud to be part of, we'd love to meet you. Submit your application today and take the first step toward a career in cannabis where your voice matters and your work makes a difference.
