Job Description
Production Operator; Manufacturing, Life Sciences; Williamsburg, MI; $18.00/hr.; 2nd Shift
Production Operators are responsible for working safely while following SOPs, quality standards, and follows PPE requirements to produce parts to customer specifications.
+ Safely operate finishing (assembly & packaging) equipment & tools with limited supervision.
+ Follow pertinent SOP and MOP guidelines, inspect product, and complete paperwork with limited supervision
+ Good eye/hand coordination.
+ Basic machine operation.
+ Attention to detail important and good work ethic.
+ Proficient at interpreting requirements & other information from production paperwork, job sheets, batch records.
+ Understand basic mathematics.
+ Proficient with measurement equipment.
+ Good communication skills-verbal and written.
+ Proficient at the operation, OJT & trouble-shooting processes/equipment in assembly and packaging areas.
+ Support site goals and initiatives.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday ; 4:00pm-2:30am
Pay: $8.00/hour
Sign On Bonus: 1,000
+ Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required
+ Machine Operating Experience is preferred
+ Proficient with measurement equipment is required
+ Good eye/hand coordination is required
+ Being mechanically inclined is required
+ Having attention to detail is required
