We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to support our production process. This role involves working under the guidance of project engineers and playing a crucial part in maintaining and improving manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
+ Provide daily support for manufacturing process equipment and controls.
+ Engage in onsite problem-solving in real time.
+ Communicate effectively with engineering and maintenance staff to ensure knowledge of issues.
+ Monitor and collect data to support improvement activities.
+ Schedule and run trial parts efficiently.
+ Submit parts to the testing lab for analysis.
+ Develop and modify robot programs to optimize performance.
+ Troubleshoot equipment issues using PLC monitoring software.
+ Ensure safe work practices in compliance with company policies, maintaining awareness of potential hazards.
+ Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
+ Proficiency in PLC monitoring and troubleshooting.
+ Strong background in manufacturing engineering, robotics, and troubleshooting.
+ 1-3 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer, preferably in the automotive industry.
+ Experience with process/continuous improvement, process documentation, work instructions, and tooling.
+ Ability to discuss projects managed within a plant environment.
+ Experience troubleshooting and improving automated processes involving PLCs, Vision, and Robotics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ AS Degree in Mechatronics, pre-engineering, or related field, or three plus years of manufacturing experience.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics preferred.
+ Experience with PLCs (Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens) and Robots/Cobots (FANUC, ABB, Motoman) is preferred.
+ Familiarity with Vision systems (KEYENCE, preferred).
+ Candidates with entry-level mechatronics engineering experience or those currently in a maintenance role with project management experience are encouraged to apply.
Work Environment
The candidate will start on the 1st shift and transition to the 2nd shift once acclimated to the job. The role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, focusing on safety and adherence to company policies. Benefits include holiday and vacation time.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates and maintains manufacturing bills of materials.
- Leads and trains manufacturing planners with more complex task.
- Creates and updates manufacturing work instructions.
- Creates and updates routing to support work instructions.
- Calculates and enters lead times for material requirements planning (MRP) to generate release and procurement schedules.
- Creates and updates manufacturing synthetic part numbers.
- Red lines issued planning and updates master planning on-line.
- Assists Quality Engineering, Shop Personnel and Production Control as required.
- Uses a computer to prepare planning documents.
- Creates and updates rework/repair planning to support rejection tags.
- Analyzes engineering designs, parts lists, process specifications and related documents to determine manufacturing tooling requirements.
- Determines material requirements and adjusts the bill of material per engineering drawings and parts lists.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Two-year degree, or equivalent, plus a minimum of 2 years' experience in electronic/mechanical manufacturing planning, preferred.
- A thorough knowledge of manufacturing methods, engineering drawings, symbols and other engineering documents.
- Must possess good math skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills are essential to perform duties.
- Able to work with a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to read engineering documents.

Salary: $17-$19hr
Must have experience with Shipping and Receiving preferably in a warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties
Preparing packages for shipment, loading and unloading trucks.
Must be able to operate a forklift safely
Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation which includes bill of ladens, maintain invoices and all other relevant paperwork. coordinate shipments with shipping carriers.
Must be detail orientated as you will be handling lots of paperwork and invoices.
Must be able to collaborate and communicate with leadership with any shipping and inventory updates
Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against the delivery documents and po's to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
Must be able to track and record all weights of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Keep shipping and receiving area clean and organized
Must be able to assist in other parts of the warehouse and facility when needed.
Must be able to attend all safety meetings.
Skills and Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to read,write and do basic math
This position requires you to move around freely without any physical limitations of bending,standing,stooping,twisting and kneeling. Also requires you to do some lifting up to 50lbs.
