The individual will join our Centrotherm Manufacturing Team reporting to our shift supervisor. This is a first shift position, Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The ideal candidate is responsible for fabricating components of our InnoFlue line of polypropylene vent system components through a variety of processes including, cutting, routing and plastic welding.
Job duties:
- Utilize our MRP System to view work orders and work instructions
- Build product per work order through a combination of plastic fabrication techniques including: Plastic welding, routing, cutting, bending/shaping etc
- Carton and label finished goods
- Execute quality procedures as documented by quality department. Impart quality into every part manufactured
- Ensure that manufacturing transactions are accurately entered into our MRP System
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
- Assist the Manufacturing Leader in ensuring that department equipment and sanitation levels are safely and properly maintained following the principles of 5S
- Assist the Manufacturing Team Leader in cycle counting inventory
- Ensure efficient use of time and equipment, ensuring that the appropriate records and that tight inventory control and security is maintained
- Assist management in continuous improvement
- Perform other duties, projects, and assignments as needed
Job Requirements:
- Commitment to work place safety
- A high school degree is required.
- Certification in plastic or metal welding and fabrication is preferred
- Basic computer skills required including knowledge of excel, word, and outlook
- Customer Focus - Achieving Company, department, and personal goals through a strong customer focus
- Sustained mental and visual attention to detail
- Good communicator and self-motivated. Must be able to follow verbal and written communications/directions
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

**What you'll be doing as a Quality Control Worker / Lab Technician:**
+ Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity
+ Maintain, test, and troubleshoot all QA/QC/Lab devices
+ Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards
+ Report problems or concerns to management
+ Assist with various production tasks as needed
+ Work with FDA Inspectors and help compile reports

The Sr. Financial Planning Analyst (Manufacturing) is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial transactions and reporting.
This position is part of the Finance department and will be located in Lodi, California (Onsite). At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Conduct daily operational reports for production, labor, and expense that lead to forecasting.
+ Conduct weekly manufacturing variance identification
+ Cost accounting responsibilities such as: Item costing for new manufacturing items and during annual standard cost roll, monthly close entries and reporting for operations and capital asset expenses.
+ Perform analysis and special projects such as Kaizens and process improvements.
+ Work with Operations and supporting business units on cost analysis, forecasting and annual budget.
The selected candidate will possess the following:
+ Strong Excel Skills
+ Accounting/Standard Cost Experience
+ ERP Systems Skills
The essential requirements of the job include
+ Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in cost accounting

+ Master's degree in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, including cost accounting.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ SAP Experience

The salary range for this role is $88,900-$125,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
