The Green Bay Procter & Gamble Plant operates 7-days per week. We rely on local talent and relocation is generally not paid. Technicians work any day of the week, including weekends. Work on weekends may be as overtime or as part of the Technician's normal schedule. Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the plant to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the rotation schedule. Technicians are expected to be willing to rotate and to work any shift. Additional days could be required to be worked as overtime. Are you ready to join this renowned team?
Job Qualifications

Starting Pay: $26.16/hr with the potential of $2.59/hr in the first year

The Manufacturing Principal Engineering Supervisor will direct high level engineering analysis and design of new and modified components and subsystems in accordance with engineering standards and project scope to ensure that designs meet customer requirements, corporate objectives, are safe, and can be manufactured. _This role will lead direct reports._

+ Responsible for completion of a complex project on time. Will be responsible for overall project schedule and budget and manage multiple priorities.
+ Collaborate as needed with other engineering business support disciplines internally as well as suppliers externally. May have exposure to the external customers and/or industry organizations.
+ Perform and check complex engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks as assigned according to Oshkosh as well as general industry engineering standards and processes.
+ Participate in the budgeting process to include recommending capital improvements and preparing justification data as required.
+ Research, study, and propose use of new technologies to be used in the development of new and improved products.
+ Maintain effective communication with suppliers, internal and external customers, and outside resources concerning technical issues.
+ Enforce the proper use of engineering criteria and drawing standards. Ensure that technical issues are conducted within the framework of company policies and procedures.
+ Directs preparation of layouts, drawings, specifications, and bills of material.
+ Provide subject matter expertise leadership to a large technical staff to ensure program success. Assure designs meet customer requirements, statutory requirements, and corporate objectives.
+ Provide leadership to the Business Unit (BU) engineering group as needed to support BU and Corporate business objectives. This includes the development of a strategic vision for the department as well as providing effective support for all aspects of the organization through the creation of cost effective, innovative products and processes.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor's degree in operations, engineering, or related field.

**SUMMARY**
Assist the Manufacturing Engineering department in successfully achieving manufacturing goals and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. The ME Intern will receive assignments from the Manager of Manufacturing, or an assigned representative, and will be encouraged to contribute ideas and suggestions.

**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Production Supervisor will provide leadership and support to the manufacturing teams to create a safe, productive and profitable environment. This role will plan and facilitate the work of team members to support on-time completion of production schedules, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives.
