**Roles and Responsibilities**
As the Material Plan & Execution Specialist, you will:
+ Critically evaluate Minimum Order Quantities and supplier allocations related to production demand
+ Release orders to supplier in accordance with purchasing strategy
+ Work directly with engineering and production personnel on part requirements
+ Utilizes the Material Resource Planning system to respond to the dictates/recommendations in a timely/accurate responsive manner.
+ Tracks and expedites orders to ensure delivery schedules are met and part shortages are resolved
+ Advises Production Departments of delivery status and identifies risks. Communicates accurate information to production in order to provide accurate and timely updates.
+ Identifies non-performances of suppliers and participates in corrective action with the assistance of appropriate Sourcing and Quality personnel
+ Handles standard material non-conformities and returns defective or unacceptable goods to vendor as directed by the Quality Assurance Dept.
+ Tracks deliveries of reworked material.
+ Works closely with QA personnel to ensure that material with non-conformances is address properly by the supplier and to prevent re-occurrences.
+ Schedules parts deliveries. Reschedules deliveries when necessary according to customer requirements and inventory value management.
+ Processes engineering change notices and drawing revision requirements
+ Supports supplier payment by resolving discrepancies between purchase orders and supplier invoices
+ Works with inventory control to address and resolve purchase order receipt issues
+ Maintains data in Excel for delivery tracking and open order management
+ Represents management in production, scheduling, and cross-functional meetings
+ Facilitates shipment from offshore with approved freight forwarders. Tracks incoming offshore material and addresses customs and delivery delays.
+ Monitors and reports departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as late Purchase Order lines, purchase order confirmation and late Purchase Order placement
+ Supports service and warranty departments to meet respective demand
+ Evaluate data from SAP using Materials Management concepts to improve processes
+ Evaluates validity of demand using critical thinking as well as investigates and resolves irregularities
+ Works in a professional and cooperative manner with other departments such as production, quality, engineering, sourcing and sales to promote a successful team environment
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited university or college
+ Minimum 1 year related experience in supply chain management including internship experience

A Final Quality Inspector works as a member of the Quality department and supports production on a daily basis. The Quality Inspector has responsibility for process auditing, final inspection on products before delivery to the customer, including, but not limited to, CVT section builds, CT/PT builds, oil processing, and oven controls. Other responsibilities include fluids testing and analysis, and special projects.
**Job Description**
As a QA Inspector you will: Perform magnetic particle inspection of generator and turbine rotors, reporting requirements, steam turbine casings, identification of fusion lines, vane carrier, and blades;
*Perform hot magnetic particle inspection;
*Perform dye penetrant inspection removed blades, retaining rings and faceplates, installed blades, generator dovetails, vane carriers, wedges, and hardware;
*Review safety requirements for Ultrasonic Inspections;
*Perform Ultrasonic Inspection bearings / braze coupons, tenons, blade pins (installed), weld build-up, phased array weld build-up, phased array L-O steeples, flaw depth sizing, retaining ring forging and bar stock;
*Set up and operate hardness testing Equotip, Wilson, and Clark;
*Preform dimensional measurements, makes visual assessment of turbine component;
*Prepare and tracks Non-Conformance Reports;
*Provide detailed report of all inspections.
QAULIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
*Ability and willingness to obtain / maintain ASNT-TC-1A Level I/II certificate or equivalent in MT, PT and UT.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Completed High School/GED

The Incoming Supplier Quality Technician will be responsible for verifying the quality of supplied goods and services which are used in the manufacture of high-voltage switchgear. This person may act as liaison between the Supplier and other departments in regard to problem resolution of supplied goods. The Incoming Supplier Quality Technician may also provide technical support to the manufacturing departments or assist in troubleshooting under the direction of more senior technical personnel.
* Inspects supplied parts used in the manufacture of high-voltage switchgear (including fabricated or mechanical parts, equipment and/or assemblies of a complex nature) using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, hardness testers, FARO, and various go/no-go gauges.
* Performs off-site source inspections as needed.
* Evaluates supplied parts against known standards (such as engineering drawings and applicable technical specifications) and dispositions accordingly.
* Must be able to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical drawings / schematics.
* Uses the Company's electronic document control system to access necessary technical drawings, specifications, and or procedures.
* Uses the Company's electronic non-conformance tracking system to document non-conformances. Documents all non-conformances relative to supplied material (i.e. supplier non-conformance, engineering error, internal damage, obsolete part, etc.).
* Utilizes the Company's electronic engineering action request system to initiate necessary drawing and or design changes resulting from the incoming inspection process.
* Analyzes data (involving supplied materials) obtained from the Company's electronic non-conformance tracking system as directed by the Supplier Quality Manager for purposes of improvement.
* Ensures that necessary records are received from the Supplier. Reviews records for accuracy and files documentation accordingly.
* Supports the Purchasing department and communicates with the Supplier regarding nonconforming material. Follows-up on corrective action to ensure continuous improvement.
* Prepares and maintains routine inspection documentation.
* Performs first article inspection on new and/or prototype parts and documents according to established procedures. Confers with technical personnel as necessary.
