A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations, with a strong understanding of manufacturing principles and methodologies, is required. Proven experience in process optimization, problem-solving, and implementing lean manufacturing techniques is essential. Familiarity with quality control systems and statistical process control (SPC) is necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop practical solutions, are a must. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, are vital. Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools is a plus. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, coupled with a strong commitment to safety and quality, is fundamental.
