The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $23.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. Job Title: Drug Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

This position entails the maintenance and operation of drug manufacturing equipment, ensuring accurate weighing and blending of raw materials and active ingredients. The role requires maintaining cleanliness and good repair of equipment and facilities, completing work orders and batch record documentation per cGMP standards, and following procedures with minimal errors. This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate drug manufacturing equipment.

• Accurately weigh and blend raw materials and active ingredients.

• Keep equipment and facility clean and well-maintained.

• Participate in completing work orders and batch record documentation according to cGMP standards.

• Follow procedures accurately with minimal errors.

• Complete cGMP and safety training promptly.

• Work independently or in a team environment.

Work Environment
