We are currently seeking full-time manufacturing Associates to grow with us! A general production position includes the opportunity to learn the printing process from the ground up and advance in a progressive environment.
In this position, you will assist in the creation of various well-known magazines/catalogs/newspaper inserts and other related products in our Press department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The list of duties and responsibilities may include the following but are not limited to:
+ Remove the product from the end of the printing press or finishing machine.
+ Stack loose signatures off a pallet and transfer them to the table then place them into a collator hopper.
+ Transfer completed bundles of product off the machine conveyor and stack them onto pallets, then place mail bags onto a pallet.
+ Move product with a hand jack or motorized Raymond or Big Joe lift.
+ Comply with all quality, safety, and ,work rules and regulations.
+ Effectively communicate with other members of the staff.
+ Remove the skids of product using a Big Joe and Hand Truck.
+ Assist other crew members with various duties including webbing up of the press and/or special handwork in order to meet customer requests.
+ Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
The ability to take stacks (average 10-30 lbs.) using repetitive hand/wrist movement, off of the end of a machine (2-4 feet high) and stack product on skids from floor level to 5 feet high using repetitive bending and twisting.

+ Ability to lift stacks of end boards (30 lbs.) as needed.

Job Description
Based at our Electrical Avenue facility located in West Milwaukee, this is an Manufacturing Engineering role associated with the manufacturing machining operations for sub components of CT Imaging devices. This role will provide technical expertise for the production team. Responsibilities include providing documentation and floor support associated with safety, manufacturing and quality methods, tooling, and equipment. Responsibilities will also include initiating, planning, and executing projects to improve safety, product quality, and/or cost.
This role comprises of a lot of data driven decisions, data analysis and utilizes your problem-solving skills to implement solutions. This is a strong team that is looking to increase production on quality and cost improvement via data driven decisions.
**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Control production process including tooling and equipment to ensure validated state is maintained and output and quality meet production and customer targets.
+ Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production
+ Monitor and improve productivity, while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost-conscious manner
+ In-depth understanding of technical processes and key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how the work of the team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area and the customer.
+ Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve complex problems. Will often have to collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and arrive at decisions. Problem Solving Skills are critical to success in this position.
+ Ability to document changes per required Change Control processes within the manufacturing operation
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related technical degree from an accredited university or college and internship experience that is relevant the skills needed for this role or experience in manufacturing or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ The ability to interpret and present data and make data driven decisions and recommend solutions to processes.
+ Ability to document, plan, and execute projects. Established project management skills.
+ Strong, demonstrated problem-solving skills.
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Experience in Process Intensive manufacturing
+ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
+ Prior knowledge of Ceramic Scintillators
+ Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and/or work with Medical Devices
+ Power BI, SQL and JMP experience
