Key Responsibilities

**Assembly Line Worker**
**Job Description**
Join a dedicated team of assemblers in a role that involves manufacturing ammunition for the military. As an assembler, you will follow standard operating procedures to perform various job responsibilities, including hand assembly of small piece parts on an automated assembly line. You will utilize fixtures and automated equipment, and rotate stations to ensure a dynamic work environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Follow SOP instructions to perform job responsibilities.
+ Hand assemble small piece parts on an automated assembly line.
+ Utilize fixtures and automated equipment for assembly tasks.
+ Rotate stations to manage repetitive work efficiently.
+ Operate machines and assist with packing tasks.
+ Develop skills across multiple departments.
**Essential Skills**
+ Good hand/eye coordination for working with extremely small parts.
+ Ability to occasionally lift up to 30lbs.
+ Familiarity with hand tools, blueprints, packaging, power tools, and mechanical assembly.
+ Experience in machine operation, picking, packing, and production line tasks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ **Previous experience is valued but not required as training is available for consistent candidates.
+ Comfortable with sitting down for the majority of the day.

This is a position based out of Janesville, Wisconsin
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $7.00 - 18.50/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
