Job Description
The Manufacturing Worker Lead (MWLead) is responsible for overseeing daily functions while setting a high standard for the Manufacturing department while assisting the Manufacturing Supervisor in daily operations as needed under their direction. This individual must be able to perform all Manufacturing worker responsibilities and some SAP transactions at a high level while assisting, coaching, and mentoring Manufacturing Workers within the department.
* Ability to assist in and/or perform all pre-shift processes.
* Able to assist with and/or conduct the start of shift meetings in a professional manner.
* Can lead the team out on the floor with clear and concise direction.
* Perform and ensure that equipment checklists are completed at the start of the shift.
* Plan and set goals for the shift while consulting with the supervisor.
* Assign equipment and tasks based on the workload.
* Communicate with the supervisor throughout the shift.
* Lead by example and maintain high levels of production and quality.
* Fill in for the supervisor in their absence.
* Use wireless RF device or desktop computer to perform all necessary functions.
* Ensures inventory accuracy for items and locations.
* Participates in cycle counting and Physical Inventory.
* Ability to inspect, use and maintain equipment in good working order.
* Ensure that all pallets and items are clearly and accurately labeled.
* Completes all paperwork pertaining to inventory such as breakage/damage list and work order info.
* Responsible for helping to maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment.
* Load and unload trucks.
* Perform all functions related to work order processes in SAP.
* Participate in disciplinary actions as needed.
* Promote a culture of safety within the Manufacturing department, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
* Use Radio Frequency (RF) device and SAP to perform systematic functions related to the receiving, scanning, storing, and replenishment of inbound material.
* Verify received goods match purchase orders, packing lists, and invoices.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED.
* 2+ years previous warehouse/distribution experience.
* Ability to read and write in English.
* Sit-down Forklift and Reach Truck experience required. Current certification or ability to be certified within 30 days of start date.
* Basic organizational, mathematical, and computer skills.
* Knowledge of proper safety measures.
* Ability to manually move and lift 50 lbs. regularly and frequently up to and over 100 lbs.
* Ability to work at varying heights.
* Ability to stand frequently as well as the ability to walk, sit, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
* Ability to work independently or with a group.

The Manufacturing Market Sector Leader leads the development and execution of the market sector strategy in line with the Global Industrial Manufacturing strategy through annual and multi-year plans, motivate teams to success and adjust as appropriate. Drives overall growth in market sector revenue, order intake and margin to meet or exceed planned targets.
* Prepares Sector and Account Strategic Plans and translates and implements these into concrete objectives, actions, and outcomes
* Works closely with Business Area executives and other leadership to develop, apply and improve strategic marketing for the market sector including a focused sales strategy.
* Proactively facilitates cross-business area collaboration in pursuit and delivery of projects. Collaborating with Technical Solutions teams and Communities of Practice across all four Business Areas to identify opportunities and lead, while assisting others with developing new and expand existing client relationships and will engage in direct client contact to strengthen relationships.
* Leads and coaches the Market Sector Team and community providing a clear sector vision, goals and objectives and proposition to market. Drives replication of success from client account to account.
* Leads the analysis and valuation of the market sector to build and maintain Arcadis' understanding and insight into it. Identifies and drives development of differentiated solutions and value proposition opportunities across the market sector while developing and expanding a sustainable network of relationships across the sector, leveraging these to enable Arcadis to have maximum impact.
* Manages the identification and selection of key clients to ensure sustained sector growth and leverage Arcadis' disruptive business models, Arcadis Resilience Field and Portfolio Solutions (RFPS) and the Global Excellence Centers (GEC) as a competitive differentiator when providing solutions to clients
As a lead in Sector sales you will be able to translate market trends (within and across all Business Areas) into client development actions. Lead sales to achieve profitable net order intake growth and diversification of accounts hosted in the Sector and in alignment with our Key Client program while managing a sales pipeline, priority setting, and reporting in alignment with global reporting standards. You will be responsible to implement Sector strategy in the US, in alignment with the four Business Area Strategies. In addition, collaborate and coordinate client engagement and pursuit efforts with sales professionals across all four Business Areas, following the Arcadis Way Market to Opportunity and Pursuit to Win approach.
The ideal candidate will be recognized as a collaborative leader internally/externally. Has a deep understanding of Arcadis' leading technical solutions and the ability to develop and deliver compelling future-focused offerings to our clients, with the ability to lead and motivate by influence. This candidate will have a strong business acumen, understanding of profit and loss (P&L) and fundamentals of running a successful professional services business. While they recruit, develop and manage employees, coaching and mentoring them to achieve high performance, growth and personal development. They will have direct Line management of Subsector Leaders (Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing) and select Account Leaders, coordinating the visibility of Arcadis at industry conferences and meetings within the market sector.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in a Science, Engineering, or related technical field
* A minimum of 15 years of experience in the professional services industry
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in private sector client development
Preferred:
* Experience providing professional services to Manufacturing Clients
* Experience as a leader, delivering profitable and sustained year over year growth
* Professional sales and/or account management training

The principal purpose of this job description is to outline the roles and responsibility of a Maintenance Technician. Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, piping, electrical systems, control systems, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, fabrication/welding and preventive maintenance by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
1. Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
2. Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunctions and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machine.
3. Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
4. Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery.
5. Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
6. Change light fixtures when necessary.
7. Lays out, assembles, installs and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators and related equipment.
8. Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.
9. Installs, or repairs automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers.
10. Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricated machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools.
11. Troubleshooting of Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatics and mechanical equipment. Use of measurement tools, tape measures, calipers, micro-meters, etc.
12. Use of multi-meters, Meggers, and other types of electrical troubleshooting meters.
13. Reading of mechanical and electrical diagrams and prints
14. Perform machine preventative maintenances task as schedule in timely manner.
15. Complete maintenance workorders as schedule in timely manner.
