What you'll do…

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, materials requirements, and manufacturing workflows to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality microgrid systems. You will serve as the link between manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to keep operations running smoothly.

You'll make an impact by:

* Developing and maintaining detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and manufacturing capacity.
* Coordinating with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
* Monitoring work-in-progress (WIP) and adjusting schedules to address delays, bottlenecks, or changes in demand.
* Collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues and support product launches.
* Reviewing and analyzing production data to identify trends, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities.
* Preparing and distributing daily/weekly production status reports.
