Join our dynamic team at the Windsor Production facility, where we're looking to welcome new Production Team Members for a 12-hour evening/day shifts. This role offers the unique chance to collaborate in the creation of wind turbine blades, crafting them from fiberglass and other materials. You'll play a pivotal role in energizing homes across the US by bringing these monumental products to life.
The Blades Factory in Windsor produces blades for the new V163-4.5 MW turbine as well as the 2 MW platform in our 666,000 square feet of building space on 161 acres of land. The components manufactured at our Windsor factory are used primarily in Turbines in North America, as well as being exported to Mexico, Urguay, Brazil, and Europe.
**What does a Production Team Member do?**
+ Efficiently operates manufacturing equipment with a strong commitment to safety protocols
+ Adheres to Process Work Instructions and engages in manual production processing to accurately fit and assemble components, such as bolts, screws, shafts, or bearings into a complete assembly.
+ Exceed our production benchmarks by completing specific tasks within the designated timeframe, playing a key role in the collective success of our team objectives.
+ Lift, position, and/or remove material from work areas.
+ Load, stack and transport materials by hand, truck, crane or jib
+ Read and comprehend Work Process Instructions and translate that into the ability to perform the tasks.
+ As well as any ad hoc duties that may be assigned.

**What skills/abilities must I have to qualify?**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
+ Two years of experience of either Manufacturing, Trade Labor, Craning, or Fabrication experience is required
+ Must be able to communicate effectively in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
+ Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
+ Basic system skills-Microsoft office, SAP and Apriso preferred.
+ Must pass confined spaces test as required.
+ Must be able to pass a respiratory fit test as required.

Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer III to work for a global leader in the design and manufacturing of highly engineered precision power solutions. The Manufacturing Engineer will evaluate manufacturing processes to increase production and make processes more efficient while reducing manufacturing costs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owns entire process of the wire bonding program from start to finish across three tools, maintenance, programming, and troubleshooting
o This includes production wire bonding when applicable
- Assists with line capacity planning and is responsible for yield improvements in collaboration with management and inputs from engineering sections globally
- Follows up on daily production issues, leads the team to increase yield, improving product quality and manufacturing cost reductions
- Estimates manufacturing costs, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements

- Ensures wire bonding equipment maintenance and repair
- Takes total ownership of documentation and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- Implements manufacturing-industry best known methods in support of continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and effectivity of the production line
- Analyzes work content for distribution to work centers and capacity requirements
- Recommends and prepares process improvements which will facilitate manufacturing excellence
- Assists product design teams to drive designs that meet all cost and quality goals
o Reviews product requirements with design staff to ensure compatibility with processing methods
o Performs Design for Manufacturability analysis on new products
- Shares tactical level input to operators on manufacturability, training of and introduction to process improvements related to build and need

-5-10 years of electronics Manufacturing Engineering experience (preferably in semiconductor, automotive, or microelectronics)
-Bachelor's degree required
-Strong program management of Wire Bonding (for Integrated Power Electronics Modules/IPEM) in electronics, semi, or automotive industries
-Understanding of how wire bonding tools work and how to repair them (bond head changes, rethreads, troubleshooting)
-Experience working with solder alloys, adhesives and encapsulants, and aluminum wire
-Comfortable working with various manufacturing and electronics tools: vacuum reflow ovens, wire bonders, solder printers, and EFDs
-Experience with line capacity planning (match a value stream, cost analysis, revenue benefit, design for manufacturability)
-Experience with continuous improvement, process improvement, and ECOs (Engineering Change Orders)
-Ability to own multiple, but smaller scale design of experiments (DOEs)
-Proficient in 8 disciplines of problem solving (8D) analysis
-Strong SolidWorks experience
-Knowledge of IPC-610 standards
-Understanding of electrostatic discharge (ESD) protocols
-Comfortable in a cleanroom (50% of time on avg) - hair net, gowned, shoe coverings +Cleanroom experience

POSITION DESCRIPTION:  Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, safety and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will utilize their problem-solving and analytical skills while collaborating on projects with the design, quality, supply chain and operations departments to ensure seamless production and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems. The Manufacturing Engineer will exercise their strong communication skills when providing product application support to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be diligent about staying updated with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance their skills and knowledge, while contributing to Solve’s continued growth and success. **This position will sit in our Loveland, OH location**

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare engineered solution documents and presentations, including engineering drawings, CAD models, project proposals and product literature
• Design and optimize tooling, fixtures, and work instructions for production operations, while implementing Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Reverse-engineering of products to develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods, processes and equipment
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning to balance workloads, and develop and maintain corresponding SOP’s and process documentation
• Train and support operators, technicians and production associates in best practices to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors to confirm product specifications, verify drawings, validate product quality and maintain effective production standards
• Assist with quoting special projects and provide technical product expertise, calculations and support to customers and sales team
• Lead cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and reliability

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar) and ERP/MRP systems
• Solid working knowledge of machining, assembly, automation and other manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or similar)
• Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) implementation experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience with bearings and mechanical power transmission products
• Automated production process experience

+ Summary: Leads the ATS maintenance and/or materials services delivery team at the site level by serving employees and customers with a leadership mindset that values employees and engages customers. Drives the ATS safety and wellness culture. Provides leadership that develops and sustains a positive employee experience. Manages all aspects of the team's service delivery in order to engage the customer and improve facility performance. Accountable for site financial results.Additional direct reports may include Site Supervisors, Reliability staff, and/or Supply Chain employees. **Principal** **Duties/Responsibilities:** **To Live and Lead Safety** · Takes responsibility for employee safety and wellness by deploying the ATS safety program and ensuring effective completion of safety training, observations, and incident investigations.· Implements and actively supports all Beyond Zero initiatives· Enables the growth of a customer safety culture by a fostering a safety partnership and sharing best practices **To Inspire and Provide Clarity on Vision and Strategy** · Motivates employees by communicating a clear vision that enables all employees to understand the rationale for, and the benefit of, both site-level and company-wide objectives· Acts as an effective change agent, leading the implementation of strategic initiatives through positive team communications, appropriate action planning, and successful implementation activities· Understands and appropriately articulates both ATS and customer strategies, providing the team with line of sight between team responsibilities and strategic outcomes **To Own Our ATS Culture** · Builds positive relationships with ATS employees, customers, and peers through open communication and role-modeling the ATS leadership core competencies of honesty and respect· Sets a positive, influential standard for others and creates a constructive climate for their team· Influences with transparency and use participative methods to ensure that decisions are understood and accepted· Establishes a positive work environment through managing and personalizing onboarding; engaging in ongoing one-on-one communications; and recognizing individual contributions and achievements on a timely basis· Adheres to policies and procedures and ensures that staff understands the rationale behind policies and processes **To Support Our Employees' Learning and Growth** · Leads and builds team capabilities by working with individuals on performance improvement, career planning, training, and skills development.· Develops, communicates, and executes a Skills Matrix and Technician Training Plan· Builds and maintains a succession plan for key positions (i.e., Supervisors, Supply Chain, P/S, RE) **To Ensure and Drive our Business Results** · Leads and ensures the Operating System is understood, reinforced, and embedded· Develops and executes a site-specific maintenance plan per ATS standards· Manages financial performance of the site (revenue, expenses, and profit) to achieve set objectives· Develops and maintains effective relationships with all ATS business units, fully utilizing their services and ensuring cross-functional alignment· Collaborates with and builds customer relationships to ensure priority alignment and proactively anticipates customer needs as the primary on site contact· Ensures alignment of customer expectations and ATS site goals through management of site-specific contracts· Communicates with the customer through daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and conducts a regular review of the performance metrics with the customer· Drives a continuous improvement methodology and promotes cost savings· Analyzes and reports on key performance indicators, completing root cause analyses and developing and executing action items while removing barriers and addressing issues· Collaborates with sales and operations leadership to increase the scope of services **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:** **Essential KSAs:** · Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or a related field preferred or seven years of operations / maintenance experience· Three years of supervisory experience with a strong focus on development of employees· Resilient and flexible, able to multitask and prioritize with an innate ability to understand and accept change and motivate others around change· Highly tuned emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to build relationships and lead teams with honesty and integrity to achieve goals· Solid understanding of manufacturing / assembly work environment· Business acumen· Positive influencer with appropriate levels of organization.· Strong customer focus with the ability to build positive business relationships and show a sense of urgency **Desirable KSAs** · Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred with related certifications and training· Good understanding of, and/or experience with, proactive/reliability maintenance processes, i.e., Planning/Scheduling, P/M, PdM, and root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies· Good computer skills, including Microsoft applications and web-based applications such as Power BI, GEAC, Concur, Workday and related software· Time management skills· Ability to relocate to specified locations· Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation)· Agile, curious learner and authentic, credible teacher· Financial acumen and knowledge of forecasting and managing budgets **Leadership Core Competencies:** **Business and Company Acumen** Lead with honesty and integrityBuild bold and relevant strategiesWelcome and motivate changeRecognize the right outcomes and how they were achievedRole model safety and wellness **Emotional Intelligence** Provide psychological safetyBe self-awareBuild relationshipsAsk for and act on feedbackRespect diverse background and viewpoints **Lead in the Present;
