Pay: $
Schedule: Rotating shifts every 2 weeks
Shift Hours: 7am-7pm and 7pm to 7am

Description for Hot End Technician:
- Prepare and from raw materials to create flat glass-Monitor
- Inspect and operate panels and controls
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Complete daily cleaning and maintenance rounds
Pay: $
Schedule: Rotating shifts every 2 weeks
Shift Hours: 7am-7pm and 7pm to 7am
Requirements for Hot End Technician:
- Ability to follow instructions and operate machines
- Physical ability to lift glass and other materials safely.
- Must see, hear, and speak within normal limits.

An employer in the Greater Seattle Area is actively seeking a Manufacturing Operations Trainer to join their Assembly Advisement Team in an onsite role in Renton, WA. The candidates selected for this role will be applying their experience within manufacturing and Assembly to help develop new-hires and existing employees, as well as drive performance improvements within their production systems. These candidates will be responsible for assisting the Manufacturing and Quality teams with developing training plans for new hires in the field and serving as a mentor to build familiarity with the Flight Line and their daily duties. They are expected to provide instruction, modeling, and opportunities for observation to newer team members, and reinforce progress and development. It is critical that this person has a strong professional background in Aerospace, preferably within Quality Inspections, Repair Station Inspections, FAA Inspections, and Avionics, and is able to effectively communicate training materials written and verbally in a digestible manner to their team. It is important to note, these candidates will not be responsible for any final approvals for the FAA or aircraft inspections, all final approvals and audits will be handed off to full-time Boeing staff. - 10 years' experience within Aerospace Manufacturing or Inspections
- Experience working on a Flight line during pre-flight or delivery operations
- Proven experience working with Avionics
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and coach new hires on Aerospace
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work a variable shift as needed - Experience in 737 Flightline Environment
- B.S. degree or higher
- Background within Quality, Repair Station, FAA, or Maintenance Inspections

+ Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.
+ Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
+ Develops and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
+ Reviews and approves supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met.
+ Develops tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
+ Manages tools from initial design to end of use disposition. Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues.
+ Performs producibility assessments for part or product designs.
+ Provides producibility input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
+ Develops integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
+ Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.
+ Works under general direction.
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):**
+ 3 or more years of experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
+ Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ Experience in Manufacturing Engineering Planning systems such as Product Data Manager (PDM) and Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP)
