Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking individuals for a Manufacturing Technician role to support manufacturing of injection molded parts and automation assembly.
Shift Options:
12 Hour Rotating Nights, 5pm - 5am + 14% shift differential
12 Hour Rotating Days, 5am - 5pm + 4% shift differential
One week you would work two days on, two days off and three days on, the following week you would work two days off, two days on and three days off.

What You Will Do
- Set up jobs for pad printers, assembly lines, and any other finishing/assembly operations
- Perform general preventive maintenance on sonic welders, pad printers, assembly lines, and any other finishing/assembly equipment
- Complete set-up and/or parameter sheets and other recordkeeping as required
- Communicate changes/issues with team leader and technicians on other shifts
- Work alongside maintenance and engineering technicians while trouble shooting and correcting issues on equipment
- Ensure quality of all parts and make adjustments to equipment/processes as needed
- Ensure a high level of safety for self and co-workers
- Complete all of the required batch record and/or device history file documentation
- Will work with paints and solvents
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

- Previous troubleshooting experience in a production, manufacturing, industrial or military environment.

What You Will Do
- Function as a liaison with project engineering, manufacturing and the customer regarding the implementation of programs, both molding and/or secondary operations.
- Provide technical support/solutions to manufacturing processes, manage the established yield and throughput, and drive for cost reduction and optimal quality.
- Coordinate, direct and lead engineering efforts to ensure optimum engineering of projects/programs to meet customer and manufacturing requirements.
- Facilitate communication between customer, sales, engineering functions, outside vendors, manufacturing and multi-divisional groups.
- Maintain cost control and profitability through interaction with the accounting group, sales and our customers.
- Implement technical solutions to meet customer and company cost, quality, and delivery expectations.
- Create and monitor project timelines.
- Support safety/environmental activities surrounding automated equipment.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline or a related field

- Technical skills in injection molding, tooling, materials, product design, and affiliated processes: to include secondary operations and automation
- Experience in PLC programming or C#
- Experience with continuous improvement implementation such as six sigma, lean method, or similar

About the Role
The Manufacturing Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment. JOB SUMMARY
The Loader Operator is responsible for working in a safe, efficient manner to maximize the shipping and receiving of finished goods and materials.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
SHIPPING/RECEIVING
- Operate the mobile equipment (loader, Skid Steer, or yard truck) in a safe and efficient manner while loading trucks with packaged and bulk material
- Load AWF and customer trailers
- Complete shipping and receiving paperwork
- Maintain and verify that all current quality assurance measures are being followed and communicated to supervisors, production employees, truck drivers, office personnel, and customers
- Assist in the design and implementation of new procedures as needed
- Operate machinery that produces and packages products
- Operate stretch wrapper by setting palletized bales on machine: starting, stopping, and cutting stretch wrap, then removing wrapped pallet to transfer to storage
