What You Will Do
- Function as a liaison with project engineering, manufacturing and the customer regarding the implementation of programs, both molding and/or secondary operations.
- Provide technical support/solutions to manufacturing processes, manage the established yield and throughput, and drive for cost reduction and optimal quality.
- Coordinate, direct and lead engineering efforts to ensure optimum engineering of projects/programs to meet customer and manufacturing requirements.
- Facilitate communication between customer, sales, engineering functions, outside vendors, manufacturing and multi-divisional groups.
- Maintain cost control and profitability through interaction with the accounting group, sales and our customers.
- Implement technical solutions to meet customer and company cost, quality, and delivery expectations.
- Create and monitor project timelines.
- Support safety/environmental activities surrounding automated equipment.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline or a related field
What Will Put You Ahead
- Technical skills in injection molding, tooling, materials, product design, and affiliated processes: to include secondary operations and automation
- Experience in PLC programming or C#
- Experience with continuous improvement implementation such as six sigma, lean method, or similar

Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking individuals for a Manufacturing Technician role to support manufacturing of injection molded parts and automation assembly.
Shift: 12 Hour Rotating Nights, 5pm - 5am + 14% shift differential
One week you would work two days on, two days off and three days on, the following week you would work two days off, two days on and three days off.

What You Will Do
- Set up jobs for pad printers, assembly lines, and any other finishing/assembly operations
- Perform general preventive maintenance on sonic welders, pad printers, assembly lines, and any other finishing/assembly equipment
- Complete set-up and/or parameter sheets and other recordkeeping as required
- Communicate changes/issues with team leader and technicians on other shifts
- Work alongside maintenance and engineering technicians while trouble shooting and correcting issues on equipment
- Ensure quality of all parts and make adjustments to equipment/processes as needed
- Ensure a high level of safety for self and co-workers
- Complete all of the required batch record and/or device history file documentation
- Will work with paints and solvents
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Job Description
The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fabrication and production equipment, including CNC machines, manual mills, lathes, and other shop tools. This position is key to our success as a company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing KPI's, people, projects, and technical directions to ensure the successful delivery of established quality standards. This role involves developing and implementing "Frist in Class" quality control systems, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, along with determining and implementing corrective actions. A strong desire and experience of building, leading and mentoring teams will be essential for the success of this role.
Responsibilities:
• Quality Control Systems Development: Develop and implement quality control systems and measures across all areas of the company.
• KPI Development, Tracking and Accountability: Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and project performance. Partner to track progress against KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Hold team members accountable for meeting performance goals and objectives.
• Project & Process Management: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of engineering projects and drawings. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality and Sales.
• Inspection and Testing: Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met and repeatable.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency by collaborating with the Operations Leadership teams.
• Staff Coordination: Coordinate and manage staff members in the quality control department.
• Communication: Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
• Training: Instruct staff in quality control and analytical procedures.
• Reporting: Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, or quality trends.
• Research: Review statistical studies, technological advances, or regulatory standards and trends to stay abreast of issues in the field of quality control.
• Training Needs: Identify and implement training needs for the production team to meet quality standards.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve production and manufacturing problems to minimize cost and delay.
• Warranty Claims: Manage warranty claims and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Mentoring: Mentor and develop the quality control team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Team Development: Lead team development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Skills: Strong understanding of quality control procedures and protocols, excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, proficient in quality management software and tools, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred experience in heavy fabrication.
• Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Promoting a culture of safety within the team. Addressing safety concerns promptly and effectively. Providing safety training and resources for employees.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a forward-thinking and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance, coupled with experience deploying modern technology solutions to improve product and process quality. This role is critical in driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and automation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant standards (ISO 9001, ITAR, etc.).
- Lead cross-functional quality initiatives to improve product reliability, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify, evaluate, and deploy digital tools (e.g., QMS software, automated inspection systems, SPC platforms, AI/ML for defect prediction) to enhance quality monitoring and reporting.
- Oversee the implementation of data analytics dashboards and real-time quality metrics to drive transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate quality systems with ERP/MES platforms for streamlined workflows and traceability.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through lean, Six Sigma, and quality engineering practices.
- Train and mentor team members on new technologies and quality best practices.
- Manage internal and external audits and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead regular quality review meetings.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
- 2 or more years in a leadership role
- Certifications either six sigma, ISO 9001, or Quality Engineer (Preferred)
Skills:
- Deep understanding of quality management systems and quality tools
- Ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring high performance and compliance with quality standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes of quality issues
- Ability to recognizer defects or deviations from the desired quality standards quickly and accurately
