Job Description

The Manufacturing Worker Lead (MWLead) is responsible for overseeing daily functions while setting a high standard for the Manufacturing department while assisting the Manufacturing Supervisor in daily operations as needed under their direction. This individual must be able to perform all Manufacturing worker responsibilities and some SAP transactions at a high level while assisting, coaching, and mentoring Manufacturing Workers within the department.

Qualifications

+ Lead pre-build validation events for the prototype build at the pilot plant
+ Assist in preparation of management reviews and data collection to support the presentation.

+ Support Error Proofing installation as required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.

  • Own and execute the site P&L, ensuring optimal use of resources and strong business performance.

A successful Site Manager should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Proven success managing full-site P&L and driving bottom-line improvements.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities with a track record of organizational development.
